Ich mache einen Monat Famulatur in Berlin und suche daher eine/-n Zwischenmieter/-in für mein Zimmer! Das Zimmer hat 14 Quadratmeter und einen Balkon direkt am Zimmer, den man sich mit einer Mitbewohnerin teilt. Das Zimmer hat Schreibtisch, Bett, elektrisches Klavier (mit Kopfhöreranschluss), Plattenspieler, Sessel, Kleiderschrank und Bücherregal. Auf dem Balkon Tisch und Stühle.
Ich würde gerne einige Sachen im Zimmer lassen, aber räume natürlich genug frei, um sich wohlfühlen zu können, gerne auch nochmal nach genauerer Absprache.
Since I am going to Berlin for one month, I am subletting my 14 sqm room. It has a balcony attached that is to be shared with one roommate. The room comes with a desk, a bed, electric piano with headphone outlet, turning table, lounge chair, closet and book shelf. On the balcony it has a table and chairs. Obviously I will remove some personal belongings to make space for clothes and your own stuff, but since it is only one month I would prefer not to clear everything, but we can talk about that in detail.
Wir wohnen genau zwischen Eckenheim und Preungesheim, die U5 fährt vor der Tür alle paar Minuten in die Innenstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof, wochenends rund um die Uhr. Der Bus um die Ecke fährt nach Bockenheim und Bornheim. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man am Westendcampus in 10 Minuten, in der Innenstadt in 15, an der Uniklinik in 25. Die FH ist drei U-Bahnhaltestellen bzw 7 Fahrradminuten entfernt. Zu Fuß ist man schnell im Feld, wenn man stadtauswärts läuft, oder auf dem urigen Hauptfriedhof direkt gegenüber.
Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen kleinen Bäcker, eine Pizzeria und einen türkischen Supermarkt. Aldi, Tegut und Penny sind jeweils etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, bzw. entlang der U-Bahn-Strecke.
Metro and bus to all lively areas go every few minutes and leave right in front of our building. All academic institutions are quite close, the furthest being the university clinic with 25 minutes by bike or public transport. Also parks, the romantic cemetery and some bars are within close walking distance.
Small bakery, Turkish supermarket and pizzeria behind the house, all bigger supermarkets within walking distance too.
In unserer Wohnung wohnen außer mir Simone, Nico und Chae-heun. Simone studiert an der Uni Politik und Englisch im Bachelor, Nico ist fertig mit dem Physikstudium und arbeitet in der IT und Chae-heun ist nun nach ihrem Abschluss freischaffende Künstlerin.
Wir pflegen einen ungezwungenen, freundschaftlichen Umgang miteinander, nehmen es aber niemandem übel, der Zeit für sich braucht. Auf dem Balkon kann man ganz toll Wein oder Bier trinken und über das Leben sinnieren! Und auch Bars und Parks sind nicht weit.
Wir haben zwei Bäder und eine große Küche mit Platz zum Verweilen und einen langen Flur. In unserem Haus wohnen ausschließlich Studenten-WGs. Das Miteinander mit den Nachbarn ist harmonisch, alle sind damit in ähnlichen Lebensphasen, ab und zu organisiert mal jemand was und man lernt Leute kennen. Als Untermieter ist es keine Voraussetzung, dass du studierst.
Since I (Noemi) am leaving, that leaves Simone, Nico and Chae-heun to live with you. Their respective fields are Politics/ English, Physics and Fine Arts. We get along well and make this place home. We hang out sometimes or just happen to meet in the kitchen or on the balcony, whatever goes with the flow. The balcony is a great spot for exchanging tales of the day with a beverage and a friend.
We have two bathrooms and a big kitchen.
The house is exclusively inhabited by student flatshares which makes quite a unique neighborhood. Lots of young people in a similar phase of life and easy to meet. Being a student is not obligatory for you.
