Das Zimmer ist relativ groß und teils möbliert mit Bett (Matratze inklusive) Schrank, und Schreibtisch. Falls du die Sachen nicht brauchst, können wir aber auch versuchen die Möbel zu verkaufen o.ä. Das Fenster geht zur Seite des Hauses raus.
The room is quite large and furnished with a bed, closet and desk. If you do not need the furniture, we can also try to sell them.
Die WG ist 3 Minuten von der U-Bahn Station entfernt, wo die U 1,2,3,8 fahren. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich eine Bäckerei, eine Weinhandlung und 30 Meter weiter ein Reformhaus und ein Penny. Auch ein kleiner Rewe ist nicht weit weg. Falls du nachts doch nochmal Lust auf ein Kaltgetränk bekommen solltest, ist der nächste Kiosk auch nicht weit. Zum Campus Westend kommt man in 10 min, zur Hauptwache in 15 min und auch sonst ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen.
The apartment is 3 minutes away from the subway station 1,2,3,8. In the immediate vicinity is a bakery, a wine shop and 30 meters further a health food store and a Penny. If you feel like a cold drink at night, the next kiosk is not far away. The Westend campus is 10 minutes away and everything else is within easy reach.
Du würdest mit meinen sehr lieb gewonnen Mitbewohnerinnen Anna (28), Theresa (28) und und mir Franzi (29) zusammenleben. Wir befinden uns alle entweder am Ende oder Anfang unseres Studiums und sind phasenweise alle sehr beschäftigt. Das liegt neben Lohnarbeit und Studium auch daran, dass wir in verschiedenen Kontexten politisch aktiv sind. Ab und an gehen wir auch mal als WG auf Demos. Uns ist offene Kommunikation und ein rücksichtsvolles Miteinander sehr wichtig, damit sich alle zuhause wohlfühlen. Wir ernähren uns vegetarisch, essen auch gerne mal zusammen und haben einen Putzplan. Außerdem teilen wir alle Lebensmittel, der Kühlschrank-Kommunismus funktioniert ganz gut für uns. Im Sommer lassen wir die Abende gerne auf unserer großen Terrasse ausklingen. Als Alternative zur Terrasse haben wir ein Wohnzimmer mit Beamer, Couch und kleinem Esstisch. Hier wird ab Juli wahrscheinlich die neuste Staffel Princess Charming zusammen geschaut.
Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt gut: im Bad haben wir eine Waschmaschine, in der Küche gibt es eine Spülmaschine.
You would be living with my beloved flatmates Anna (28), Theresa (28) and me, Franzi (29). We are all either at the end or beginning of our degrees and quite busy at times. But we try to find time for a dinner and some chit chat on the balcony as often as possible. Also we are politically active and sometimes go to demonstrations together. Open communication and respectful interaction are very important to us, so that everyone feels at home. We eat a vegetarian diet, like to eat together from time to time and have a cleaning plan. In summer, we like to end the evenings on our large terrace. As an alternative to the terrace, we have a living room with a projector, couch and dining table. The flat is well equipped, with a bathtub, washing machine, dishwasher and kitchen.
Gespräche/Besichtigungen haben wir jetzt für den 08. und 09. Juli gegen Abend angesetzt. Sollte es dir da nicht passen, schlag uns gerne einen Alternativtermin vor.
