Hi, I'm offering a furnished room for overnight stays. It's for non-smokers / non-vapers only. You'll be staying with me and my 4 year old daughter.

The apartment is close to Lindenbaum station (U1,2,3,8) and Eschersheim (S6).

No kitchen access. You have a microwave, toaster fridge and kettle in your room.

No Anmeldung / City registration possible.

Minimum stay is 2 nights. Booking must be made at least 24 hrs in advance. Booking is secured upon payment of accommodation fee. Deposit amount depends on length of stay. Cancellation >30 days notice 100% refund of fee , 15-30 days notice 50% refund of fee, 14 days notice or less 0% refund.

Lots of supermarkets nearby. You can also go jogging along the Nidda river.
