Gemütliches Zimmer zur Untermiete - ca. 16 m²

Ich biete ein gemütliches Zimmer von ca. 16 m² zur Untermiete an. Das Zimmer ist dank des Heizungssystems nachts warm und einladend, und es hat ein Fenster, durch das morgens die Sonne hereinkommt. Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock einer zweistöckigen Wohnung im vierten Stock und liegt neben zwei Badezimmern. Es ist mit grundlegenden Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, darunter ein Doppelbett, eine Kleiderstange, ein Schreibtisch, eine Kommode und ein Nachttisch.

Cozy Room for Sublet - Approx. 16 m²

I am offering a cozy room of approximately 16 m² for sublet. The room is warm and inviting during the nights, thanks to the heating system, and it has a window that lets in the morning sunlight. Located on the first floor of a two-story apartment on the fourth floor, the room is next to two bathrooms and comes furnished with basic amenities, including a double bed, a clothing rack, a desk, a chest of drawers, and a nightstand.

Unsere Wohnung ist sehr zentral.
Wir sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Unsere Haus liegt zwischen 4 Stationen die maximal 6 minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen sind:
-5 min. zu Fuß bis U-Bahn Station Zoo
-6 min. zu Fuß bis Strassenbahn Haltstelle Hessendenkmal
-8 min. zu Fuß bis U-Bahn Station Merianplatz
-10 Min. zu Fuß bis Konstablerwache.

Ich fahre normalerweise bis Konstablerwache mit meinem Fahrrad und lasse das Rad dort oder nehme mit in der S-bahn, so bin ich in 3 Fahrminuten in dieser Station.
Genau vor uns ist ein Park (die Friedberger Anlage) mit viele Bäume und Grass zum hinlegen. Den Park können wir von unserer Küche, Balkon und dem Wohnzimmer sehen. Von unserem Balkon und der Küche haben wir auch ein schönen Blick auf die EZB (Europaischen Zentral Bank) wo der am Sonnenuntergang uns immer beeindruckt.
Mit 4 min. zu Fuß erreicht man der Bethmannpark und der Berger Straße wo viele Einkauf Möglichkeiten, Bar, Restaurants und schönen Mode Geschäft sind.
Da wir in der 4. Stock sind haben wir auch einen sehr guten Blick auf die ganzen Vögel die ganz nah an uns fliegen und auf dem Balkon zu Besuch kommen.

Wir sind eine ruhige und fröhliche WG. Wenn du eine Pflanzenliebhaber/in bist, bist du bei uns richtig! Wir lieben Pflanzen und unser Apartment ist voll von ihnen. Das Apartment ist hell, gemütlich und hat viel Platz. Vor allem den gemeinsamen Bereich genießen wir sehr: Wir haben einen Esstisch im Wohnzimmer, eine "Bar" mit zwei Barhockern vor der Küche und einen kleinen Balkon.

Wir sind Mareike, Ayse, Kilian und ich, Bruce. Mareike lebt ihren Traum, Medizin zu studieren. Ayse ist Künstlerin, Cellistin und Komponistin. Kilian arbeitet in der IT, aber er hat definitiv die Vibes eines Disco/House-DJs. Und ich bin Bruce, ich werde meine Familie in Chile für ein paar Monate besuchen :)

Tagsüber sind wir meistens weg oder in unseren Zimmern am Lernen oder Arbeiten. Manchmal arbeiten wir auch im Wohnzimmer.

Oft kommen Freunde oder Familie zu Besuch, manchmal kochen oder trinken wir alle zusammen. Ein paar Mal im Jahr veranstalten wir Partys mit viel Tanzen in unserem schönen Wohnzimmer, diese sind mittlerweile sehr beliebt bei unseren Freunden :)

Bei uns kann man sein, wer man ist, offene Kommunikation ist uns wichtig. Wir bevorzugen Sauberkeit und Ordnung. Besonders wichtig ist uns, dass niemand seine privaten Sachen im Gemeinschaftsbereich herumliegen lässt und dass die gemeinsamen Sachen schnell wieder an ihren Platz gestellt werden. Aber natürlich haben wir alle viel zu tun, daher wird ein wenig "vorübergehendes Chaos" toleriert.

We are a calm and happy WG.
If you are a plant lover, you are at the right place!We love plants and our apartment is full of them.
The apartment is light, comfortable and has alot of space. We especially enjoy the common space, we have a table to eat in the living room, a "bar" with two bar chairs at entrance of the kitchen, and a small balcony.

We are Mareike, Ayse, Kilian and (me) Bruce.
Mareike is living her dream of studying medicine.
Ayse is an artist, cellist and composer.
Kilian works in IT, but come on the guy vibes as a disco/house DJ.
And I'm Bruce, I'll be visiting my family in Chile for a few month :)

During the day we are usually gone or in our rooms, studying or working. Sometimes we also work in the living room.

Often friends or family come to visit, sometimes we also cook or drink something all together.
A few times a year we have parties with lots of dancing in our beautiful living room, by now they are very popular with our friends:)

With us you can be who you are, open communication is important to us.
We prefer things clean and organized. Especially important for us is that no one leaves their private things lying around in the common space, and that the shared things are always put back quickly where they belong. But of course, we all have a lot to do so a little bit of "temporary disorder" is tolerated.
