Das Zimmer ist klein und kompakt. Die Decken sind sehr hoch wodurch es nicht einengt. Direkt an dem Zimmer liegt ein großer Balkon, der Blick in den Innenhof ermöglicht.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Die Galluswarte (S-Bahnstation), als auch Tramstation (Speyerer-Straße) sind beide in 5 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Direkt an der Kreuzung befindet sich eine DB-Bike Station.
Trotz der zentralen Lage der Wohnung ist es im Zimmer sehr ruhig, da es sich nicht an der Straße, sondern zum Innenhof hin befindet.
Diese Wohnung ist keine Zweck-WG, trotzdem hat jeder seine Ruhe. Beide Mitbewohner sind zu meinen Freunden geworden. Mittlerweile lebe ich schon seit fast 2 Jahren in der WG, weshalb ich auch gerne wieder reinziehen möchte. Ich denke, dass sich jeder hier wohlfühlen wird
