Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 26 qm groß die Dachschräge schon eingerechnet. Das Zimmer beinhaltet auch eine eigene Küche mit 2 Herdplatten und eigenem Kühlschrank. Das Zimmer ist ab April verfügbar, jedoch bin ich hier flexibel. Das Zimmer ist komplett indiviiduell einrichtbar. Außerdem hat das Zimmer ein Lager in der Wand, um so Platz zu sparen. Bevor Einzug würde auch nochmal das Fenster vom Vermieter gewechslet werden. Bitte nur melden bei langristigem Interesse ( keine Aufenthalte für 3 Monate oder so)
Gerade für junge Leute ist Bockenheim mit die beste Gegend zum Leben in Frankfurt. Die Wohnung befindet sich 2 min zu Fuß vom Westbahnhof (S-Bahn), 5 min von der Leipziger Straße wo man als junger Student oder Berufstätige alles findet was man braucht, von Restaurents, Cafes oder normale Geschäfte in Kombination mit einer U-Bahn-Haltestelle. Eine Bushaltestelle ist auch vor Ort mit der man in ca. 15 min am Campus Westend ist.
Strom und Wlan müssen selbst geholt werden (sind bei mir aktuell ungefähr 30 Euro pro Monat).
Gewisse Möbel müssen übernommen werden, was damit danach passiert kann der Mieter selbst bestimmen.
