After two years, I (Juliette, 29) am moving out of the flat end of July as I'm leaving Frankfurt. I enjoyed my time in the WG very much. I can only recommand it! It's a very comfortable flat with two nice roommates, perfect for young professionals. From here, you're close to everything by bike and you have many shops around (Bakery, Apotheke, Kiosk, Rossmann, Rewe, Lidl...). There's literally everything you need in the flat - every tool, every kitchen appliance, games, any equipment you can think of.

Nach 2 Jahren in dieser WG ziehe ich Ende Juli aus, da ich Frankfurt verlasse. Ich habe meine Zeit in der WG sehr genossen. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen! Es ist eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung mit zwei netten Mitbewohnern, perfekt für junge Berufstätige. Von hier aus ist man mit dem Fahrrad in der Nähe von allem und man hat viele Geschäfte in der Nähe (Bäckerei, Apotheke, Kiosk, Rossmann, Rewe, Lidl...). Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet - diverse Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine, Sofa, Reinigungsroboter, Gasgrill etc.
The apartment (approx. 105 sqm) consists of a large kitchen (approx. 30 sqm), a large balcony (approx. 13 sqm), two bathrooms (with shower/bathtub), a spacious hallway, an underground parking space and a cellar room. It is very well insulated from the outside (noise and heat), bright (5th floor with elevator), has a parquet floor with underfloor heating and a storage room. The building was completed about 9 years ago. The neighbors are also all nice and quiet. Overall, it is quiet here at night. A big advantage of the apartment is that we have two bathrooms, so you don't get in each other's way in the morning.

Die Wohnung (ca. 105 qm) besteht aus einer großen Wohnküche (ca. 30 qm), einem großen Balkon (ca. 13 qm), zwei Bädern (mit Dusche/Badewanne), geräumigen Flur, einem Tiefgaragenstellplatz und einem Kellerraum. Sie ist nach außen hin sehr gut isoliert (lärm und wärme), hell (5. Stock mit Aufzug), hat einen Parkettboden mit Fußbodenheizung und eine Abstellkammer. Das Gebäude wurde vor ca. 9 Jahren fertiggestellt. Die Nachbarn sind auch alle nett und ruhig. Insgesamt ist es hier Nachts ruhig. Ein großer Vorteil an der Wohnung ist, dass wir zwei Badezimmer haben, sodass man sich morgens nicht in die Quere kommt.
The bedroom is "klein aber fein" (12 sqm), very light and adapted to do home office.

The apartment is located in a new housing estate in Gallus. Tram 14 is right outside the front door, the 11 and 21 are a 5-minute walk away. The Galluswarte station with connections to various S-Bahn lines can be reached in a few minutes (or on foot in approx. 15 minutes). Lidl, Aldi and a large Rewe supermarket are all within a 3-minute walk. There is also a weekly market in Frankenallee. The Main can be reached on foot in 25 minutes.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Neubausiedlung im Gallus. Die Tram 14 ist direkt vor der Haustür, die 11 und 21 erreichst du in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Galluswarte mit Anbindung an verschiedene S-Bahn Linien erreichst du so in wenigen Minuten (oder zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten). Lidl, Aldi und ein großer Rewe sind alle in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt auch ein Wochenmarkt in der Frankenallee. Der Main erreicht man in 25 Min. zu Fuß.

Lison (31) and Ludwig (30) are super friendly and love to cook. They both work during the week and enjoy chill evenings and mostly have plans in the weekend. We speak a mix of German, English and French, but any other language is welcome!
