A fully furnished room is available for long-term stay in a freshly renovated 2BHK apartment in Frankfurt. The room is approximately 13m², bright, and equipped with all basic amenities. The apartment offers a beautiful city view and is located in the residential part of Gallus. It’s move-in ready and ideal for someone looking for a comfortable place. ideal for students or working people. Caution deposit is 2.5 times the rent and possible to pay by three months.

The location is very well connected—just 600 meters from the S-Bahn station and with two tram stops within a 5-minute walk. There’s a direct tram connection to the Hauptbahnhof and city center, making commuting easy and convenient.

Daily essentials are within reach, with Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, pharmacies, and hotels close by. If you enjoy walking, the Messe and nearby parks offer scenic routes and green spaces to relax.

You will be sharing the apartment with my friend Alby, who is originally from India. She speaks fluent German and English and works at a dental clinic in Frankfurt. She values privacy and personal space, which is essential in this WG (shared flat). That said, she’s a friendly and easygoing person, and occasional hangouts or lazy evening chats are definitely welcome. It’s important that the new tenant is a good fit and mutually comfortable sharing the space.

The room can be handed over on1st of May or 15th of May. The shower cabin is missing one door, however this will be repalced under old tenant name. The repair process is under progress.
