Die Wohnung befindet sich 4 Gehminuten von der Straßenbahn Haltestelle „Rebstöcker Straße“. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäckerei, Restaurants und Cafés sind fussläufig zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stockwerk eines sanierten Altbaus.

Ich selbst vermiete das Zimmer von Zeit zu Zeit unter. Ich bin 36, unkompliziert, offen und ordnungsliebend.

Das Zimmer ist für 2 1/2 Monate frei ab dem 01.Februar bis 15.April. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 550€ inklusive aller Nebenkosten. Der Ein- und Auszug ist dabei flexibel, falls du ein paar Tage mehr oder weniger das Zimmer benötigen solltest.
Die Kaution von 250€ bekommt du natürlich am Ende, wenn alles in Ordnung ist, wieder zurück.
Eine Anmeldung in der Wohnung ist leider ausgeschlossen.

Besichtigungstermine sind online und live (bevorzugt) möglich.

The room is available for 2.5 months from February 1th to April 15th. The monthly rent is €550, including all utilities. Move-in and move-out dates are flexible if you need the room a few days earlier or later.
A security deposit of €250 will be refunded at the end, provided everything is in order.
Unfortunately, registration at the apartment is not possible.
