Hello, the whole house including the yard is ours. There are eight ladies living in this house, from different countries. We can communicate in English and German. There is a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, etc. in the house. The kitchen provides all the tableware. The landlord also provides bedding. So you can move in with just your luggage. The desk in my room belongs to me personally. But you can use it during the rental period.

It is 5 mins walk to S1/2, 1 min walk to bus stop, 5 mins walk to Rewe, 8 mins walk to netto, 10 mins walk to penny, 5 mins walk to pharmacy and banks
It is specially for girls. There are girls from different countries. We speak english and german. People are diversified and friendly. Everyone has her own life but still we are open to chat in the kitchen or have coffee in the afternoon. If you want to stay quite all the time, not a problem at all.
On the ground floor, there is one laundry room, kitchen, two toilets, one dinning room and one living room.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, one balcony and one toilet with shower and tub.
On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms and one toilet.
On the basement, there are enough space to store your luggages.
