Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin Toni nutzt die Gelegenheit, um ihr Zimmer mit meinem zu tauschen, da es etwas grösser ist. Das Zimmer, das frei wird ist also Tonis und es ist das, was auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Es ist 15qm gross, hat hohe Decken, wie der rest der Wohnung und ist super geschnitten. Durch das grosse Fenster ist es schön hell und offen.

Ich würde gerne einige meiner Möbel gegen einen Abschlag an dich weitergeben. Die Möbel um die es geht, siehst du auch auf den Bildern.
Zusammengefasst wäre das:
- das Bett, gerne inkl. Matratze (habe immer einen Matratzenschoner + 10cm Topper gehabt, Matratze ist 2 Jahre alt, Federkern, Härtegrad Medium) *am Bett habe ich Füße dran geschraubt, um mehr Stauraum darunter zu haben, die können bei Bedarf aber easy entfernt werden*

Genauso respektieren wir aber auch, wenn jeder von uns mal Zeit für sich braucht.
Als dritter im Bunde wohnt Cornelius in der WG. Er zieht zum 01.05. ein. Da sich die WG also ziemlich neu formiert, habt ihr viel Freiheit zum Neugestalten. Das Aquarium was du im Flur siehst, wird mit unserem Mitbewohner, der auszieht, leider auch ausziehen. Dafür ist dann Platz für neues!
Cornelius ist ab 01.05 stolzer Lehramtsreferendar für Deutsch & Powi. In seiner Freizeit geht er super gerne joggen und ist allgemein gerne draußen unterwegs (ob wandern, spazieren, Kaffee trinken etc.). Generell ist er sonst auch gerne für einen Plausch in der Wg oder auch gemeinsames Kochen zu haben. Er würde sich über ein respektvolles und zugewandtes Zusammenleben freuen.
