From 15th April onwards, I am looking to sublet a room (furnished, approx. 14 sqm) including a private shower / bathroom right next to the bedroom to a non-smoking, female flat mate. Included in the price is an open-plan kitchen, a dining and living room as well as a balcony – all of which we would share. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining & living room are also furnished.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Stadtteil im Frankfurter Norden und ist gut angebunden: Mit 4 U-Bahnlinien kommt man in 15 Minuten is Zentrum, zur Hauptwache. es gibt einen direkten Autobahnanschluss zur A661 und A5).
Supermärkte (Penny, Aldi, Lidl) befinden sich in direkter Nähe. Das NordwestZentrum ist in 3 Minuten per U-Bahn oder 15 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Geschäfte auf dem Riedberg sind auch nur 2 U-Bahnstationen entfernt. Von der Wohnung aus gibt es gute Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge oder Radtouren im Grünen. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 20 Minuten mit der U-Bahn, den Flughafen erreicht man mit dem Auto in 18 Minuten.
The 4-room apartment (over 90 sqm) is situated in the north of Frankfurt, well connected - 4 subway lines taking only 15 min. to city centre, direct highway access (A5 and A661), and supermarkets (Penny, Aldi, Lidl) in close walking distance. The shopping mall "NordwestZentrum" can be reached in 3 minutes by subway or 15 minutes on foot. The stores on the "Riedberg" are also only 2 subway stops away. There a good opportunities for walks or bikes rides in the countryside. The main train station is 20 minutes away by subway and the airport can be reached by car in 18 minutes.
Ich bin 18 Jahre alt, bilingual deutsch-englisch aufgewachsen und habe im Oktober 2024 mit einem dualen Studium begonnen. In meiner freien Zeit koche, reise und wandere ich gerne. Ich freue mich, wenn wir gemeinsam kochen oder nette Abende zusammen verbringen.
