Hi! I’m moving out of my WG on April 1st and need someone to take over my room.
The WG has 6 people (students/professionals), and we share kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The WG is located in Frankfurt-Höchst, close to the train station, bus station, Rewe, DM, Rossmann, and a gym studio. My room is furnished (bed, desk, a shelf, all from IKEA, plus a clothes rack) but the furniture is not included in the rent. I’m selling the furniture to the new tenant for 150 Euros. As for the Nebenkosten: since the rent is Kaltmiete, the utilities (electricity, water, internet, etc.) are handled separately, and each tenant pays their share directly to the other roommates.

Hallo! Ich ziehe zum 1. April aus meiner WG aus und suche jemanden, der mein Zimmer übernimmt. Die WG besteht aus 6 Personen (Studenten/Professionellen), und wir teilen uns die Küche, das Bad und die Toilette. Die WG befindet sich in Frankfurt-Höchst, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, der Bushaltestelle, Rewe, DM, Rossmann und eines Fitnessstudios. Mein Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, ein Regal, alles von IKEA, plus ein Kleiderständer), aber die Möbel sind nicht in der Miete enthalten. Ich verkaufe die Möbel für 150 Euro an den neuen Mieter. Da die Miete Kaltmiete ist, werden die Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Internet, etc.) separat abgerechnet und jeder Mieter zahlt seinen Anteil direkt an die anderen Mitbewohner.

The room is located in Frankfurt-Höchst, just a short walk from the train station and bus stops, easy access to central Frankfurt. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, with shops like Rewe and DM nearby, and a gym close by. It’s a great area with everything you need within reach, while still offering peaceful surroundings.

Zum Frankfurter Hbf dauert es etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Zug und ins Stadtzentrum etwa 15 Minuten, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Marktplatz, und 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Höchst Bahnhof.

Hier wohnen 6 Personen insgesamt. Manche von uns arbeiten und manche studieren noch. In der WG treffen wir uns meistens zum Kochen in der Küche, um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen.

Hi! The WG consists of 6 people in total. Currently, Sebastian is studying Computer Science at Goethe University, and Kezia is finishing her Studienkolleg in Frankfurt. Nakul works at an international bank, and Trish is doing a vocational training program. We all have different schedules, but we usually meet in the kitchen to chat or cook together.

Hallo! Die WG besteht aus insgesamt 6 Personen. Sebastian studiert Informatik an der Goethe-Universität, und Kezia besucht noch das Studienkolleg in Frankfurt. Nakul arbeitet bei einer internationalen Bank, und Trish macht eine Ausbildung. Wir haben alle unterschiedliche Zeitpläne, treffen uns aber oft in der Küche, um zu plaudern oder zusammen zu kochen.
