The Hoechster indoor swimming pool, the weekly market (Di, Fr,Sa), the old castle on the Main, the ship registration point or the highest castle cellar, the weekly flea market on the hall and the MainTaunusZentrum are also within 10 minutes.
It is located in Frankfurt city centre or Taunus or on the Rhine in 20 minutes. Workstations at the airport or in Eschborn are just as easy to reach from here.

Man ist sowohl in 20 Minuten in der Frankfurter Innenstadt oder im Taunus oder am Rhein. Arbeitsstätten am Flughafen oder in Eschborn sind ebenso einfach von hier aus zu erreichen.

We attach great importance to good communication and respectful interaction. This is more a purposeWG because we as landlords choose the new tenants, but from our own experience we know that a community is created only by living together. Everything is therefore possible. At present, only students/ interns and young starters live in the WG. It is a quiet WG, especially as other tenants live in the house. We as a landlord live the ground floor of the house.
Parties and late cooking sessions are not desired. We also attach great importance to cleanliness of the common areas. There is a cleaning plan that must also be adhered to so that everyone is satisfied. If the cleaning plan does not comply, a cleaning fee of the respective tenant will be due.
Smoking in the apartment / in the house is not allowed.
The kitchen is equipped with a hotplate and microwave. There is no oven. However, may be brought/ purchased after consultation.
A washing machine and a dryer are available for a fee, who doesn't want to... the nearest launderette is 10 minutes walk away, right at the Hoechster S-Bahn station. Clothes rack are available on the common balcony.

Wir legen sehr viel Wert auf eine gute Kommunikation und den respektvollen Umgang miteinander. Dies eher eine ZweckWG ist, da wir als Vermieter die neuen Mieter aussuchen, aber aus eigener Erfahrung wissen wir, dass erst durch ein Zusammenleben eine Gemeinschaft entsteht. Von daher ist alles möglich. In der WG leben zur Zeit nur Studenten/ Praktikanten und junge Berufsanfänger. Es ist eine ruhige WG, zumal auch noch andere Mieter im Haus wohnen. Wir als Vermieter bewohnen den Erdgeschoss des Hauses.
Partys und späte Kochsessions sind nicht erwünscht. Zudem legen wir großen Wert auf Sauberkeit der Gemeinschaftsräume. Es gibt einen Putzplan, der auch eingehalten werden muss, damit alle zufrieden sind. Bei Nichteinhalten des Putzplans wird eine Reinigungsgebühr des jeweiligen Mieters fällig.
Rauchen in der Wohnung / im Haus ist nicht gestattet.
Die Küche ist nur mit Kochplatte und einer Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Einen Backofen gibt es nicht. Darf aber nach Rücksprache gerne mitgebracht/ angeschafft werden.
Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen gegen Gebühr zur Verfügung, wer das nicht möchte... der nächste Waschsalon ist 10 Minuten Fussweg entfernt, direkt am Hoechster S-Bahnhof. Wäscheständern stehen auf dem Gemeinschaftsbalkon zur Verfügung.

We are the landlords and not a roommate,
For the rental contract we need a copy of your passport, visa, registration certificate or internship contract, parent guarantee or insight into your blocking account.
The deposit is deposited cash.
Parties are only allowed by agreement.
Cleanliness and order is required so that all WG residents feel comfortable, the WG has a routing cleaning plan, which we as landlord repeatedly check.
A bicycle can be parked on our property.
There is a washing machine and a dryer for a fee, who doesn't want to...There is a launderette right at the S-Bahn station Hoechst,
Laundry drying goes on the balcony, clothes racks and clamps are available. We also like to borrow an ironing board and iron.
The balcony can be planted.
The radio fee must be paid by the tenant.

Mindestmietzeit 6 Monate, bis vorerst maximal 12 Monate.
Verlängerung möglich.
Heizkosten werden seperat berechnet.
Wir sind die Vermieter und nicht ein Mitbewohner,
Zum Mietvertrag benötigen wir eine Kopie Ihres Passes, ihr Visum, die Immatrikulationsbescheinigung oder den Praktikantenvertrag, Elternbürgschaft oder Einsicht in Ihr Sperrkonto.
Die Kaution wird bar hinterlegt.
Partys sind nur nach Absprache erlaubt.
Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist erforderlich, damit sich alle WG Bewohner wohlfühlen, die WG hat einen routierenden Putzplan, den wir als Vermieter immer wieder nachprüfen.
Ein Fahrrad kann gerne auf unserem Grundstück abgestellt werden.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner gegen Gebühr, wer das nicht möchte...Es gibt einen Waschsalon direkt am S-Bahnhof Hoechst,
Wäsche trocknen geht auf dem Balkon, Wäscheständer und Klammern stehen zur Verfügung. Wir leihen auch gerne ein Bügelbrett und ein Bügeleisen.
Der Balkon darf gerne bepflanzt werden.
Die Rundfunkgebühr muss vom Mieter gezahlt werden.
