Hallo wir (Manu, Simon) sind auf der Suche nach einer/einem neue/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere WG.
Wir haben kein Wohnzimmer, dafür eine etwas größere Küche mit Platz für 5 Leute. Es gibt 3 Zimmer + ein Abstellzimmer (was wir auch benutzen können, bisher aber noch nicht wirklich eingerichtet ist).
Die WG liegt direkt in der Innenstadt (4 min von Willy-Brand-Platz und 7 min von Hauptwache).
Wir suchen eine entspannte (aber zuverlässige) Person, die auch kein Problem damit hat wenn man ab und zu mal Leute da hat und freuen uns auf ein lebhaftes WG-Leben. Wir suchen jmd, der vor hat länger zu bleiben und nicht direkt wieder auszieht.
(450€ ist der Preis und das ist auch kein Scam).
Wir machen beide viel Sport (Volleyball, Fußball,...) und sind gerne in der Stadt unterwegs und unternehmen viel. Trotzdem ist es auch wichtig ab und zu mal einen Rückzugsort zu haben.
