Das helle Zimmer befindet sich auf der Ost-Seite der Wohnung und hat eine tolle große Fensterfront.
In dem Zimmer befindet sich ein neuer Schreibtisch, welcher vom Vermieter gestellt wird. Weitere Möbel (Schrank, Nachttisch, Palettenbett, Matratze) bleiben ebenfalls dort, diese gehören dem Vermieter und sind kostenlos nutzbar.
Eine Stehlampe kann bei Bedarf für einen fairen Preis übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung wurde im Februar 2020 komplett modernisiert, heißt alle Zimmer, das Bad mit Walk-In Regendusche und allen Armaturen, Keramikteile, etc.
Die Küche hat eine neue, grifflose Zeile mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Backofen, Kochfeld und LED-Steuerung per Fernbedienung.
Von der Küche gelangt man auf einen schönen Balkon mit Skyline-Blick.

The room has a great large window front on the east-side of the building.
In the room is a new desk, wich was provided by the landlord. Other furniture (closet, pallet bed, mattress) also remain there, these belong to the landlord and can be used free of charge.
A floor lamp can be bought for a fair price.
The apartment was completely modernized in February 2020, means all rooms, the bathroom with walk-in rain shower and all fixtures, ceramic parts, etc.
The kitchen has a new, handless line with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and LED control by remote-control.
You have access to a great balcony from the kitchen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße der Konstabler Wache. Von hier fahren die U4, U5, U6 und U7, sowie die S1-S6, S8 und S9, die Straßenbahnlinien 11, 12, 14, 18 und zahlreiche Busverbindungen.
Zentraler kann man in Frankfurt also gar nicht wohnen.
Fußläufig erreicht man verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars und den Main.

The apartment is in a side street of Konstabler Wache. You have connection to the U4, U5, U6 and U7 and S1-S6, S8 and S9, also to the tram-lines 11, 12, 14, 18 and many Buslines.
So you can not live more centrally.
In direct walking distance are shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and the river Main.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und ungezwungen. Laudine arbeitet als Analystin für die EZB. Mara bei der Lufthansa.
Der dritte Mitbewohner zieht zeitgleich aus und der neue wird voraussichtlich Oskar, er arbeitet ebenfalls als Analyst für die EZB.
Allgemein ist es ein sehr respektvolles und nettes Zusammenleben. Schreib doch bitte, was du von einer WG erwartest, was dir bisher in WG's gut gefallen hat, ob du WG-Erfahrung hast und wie lange du planst in Frankfurt zu bleiben.

Life in the shared flat is very relaxed and informal. Laudine works as an analyst for the ECB. Mara at Lufthansa. The third flatmate is expected to be Oskar, also an Analyst for the ECB.
In general, it is a very respectful and nice living together. Please write what you expect from a shared-flat, what you liked so far in shared-flats, if you have shared-flat experience and how long you plan to stay in Frankfurt.

Internet, Strom oder Heizung werden direkt vom Vermieter übernommen und sind in der Miete eingepreist.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01. August frei.
