Wir suchen ab 1. April für unser WG-Zimmer in der Innenstadt einen neuen Mitbewohner, der Lust auf WG Leben und Gemeinschaft hat.
Wir sind eine bunt gemischte Truppe aus Studierenden und Auszubildenden mit unterschiedlichsten Hintergründen und Interessen. Trotzdem – oder gerade deswegen – verbringen wir viel Zeit in unserem großen Wohnzimmer; kochen und essen häufig gemeinsam, hören Musik, spiele Spielen, trinken ein Bier/Wein/etc. oder rauchen zusammen und gehen feiern. Natuerlich gibt es auch die Moeglickeit, sich zurueckzuziehen. Kommunikation, Offenheit und Toleranz sind uns sehr wichtig!
Wir sind ansich zu 8. In unserer WG, aber intern durch eine eigene Treppe mit einer weitere 5er-WG verbunden - daher 13 Mitbewohner*innen. Zu unserer Wohnung gehören neben einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem Aufzug noch zwei Badezimmer, sodass es morgens eigentlich nie zu Stau kommt.
Die WG ist optimal an der Alten Brücke gelegen. Der Main, die Zeil, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Museen, Bars und Cafés befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert (Schrank, Bett, Tisch, Stuhl, Sessel, Regale) und mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Alles ist gegen eine Gebühr von 350€ zu übernehmen

*PLEASE NOTE: Upon request of our landlord, we are EXCLUSIVELY looking for a Male/Divers Student or trainee.
We are a wild mixture of students and apprentices with diverse backgrounds and interests. We like to casually spend time together in our big living room, to cook and eat together, drink a glass of wine, smoke, or go out together. We also appreciate our own time individually. Communication and tolerance are especially important to us.
We are 8 ppl in our flat and internally connected by a staircase to another 5er-shared apartment - which is why we are 13 ppl. Our upper flat has a fully prepared kitchen, an elevator, and two bathrooms.
It is situated in the city center right next to the Alte Brücke. The Main, the Zeil, public transport, shops etc. are super close.
Your room is nice and very bright. The room is fully furnished (wardrobe, bed, table, chair, armchair, shelves) and equipped with air conditioning. A fee of 350€ is chargeable when moving in.
