Hi potential renters! I am subletting my room in Milbertshofen until August. The room is completely furnished as you can see in the photos. Don't worry, my stuff will be gone by the time you move in. Sorry if it looks a little messy. The bed is a bunk-bed and no, you are not sharing the room with anyone. Personally I use the top bed as extra storage for clothes etc, but feel free to find your own use for it. Other than the furniture, 3 desk lamps, pillows, mattresses and a small blanket come with the room. There is one window looking west with a nice view of the yard of the apartment across the street.
The apartment is located in Milbertshofen in a nice area. It is 6 mins walk to the Frankfurter ring U2 station. Anything you might need such as a pharmacy, some restaurants and kiosks are all very close to the apartment and there is a Netto supermarket right next to the apartment.
You will be living with Victor, an American guy finishing his master's in Mathematics and starting his PhD, Angelica, an Italian girl working at a company and Edisnaida, an Albanian girl who's working and finishing her degree long distance from an Italian university. Generally everyone is cool and respectful and the life in the WG is quiet. We usually hang together while cooking and some evenings to drink some beer. It is absolutely no problem bringing friends over on weekends and weekdays, as long as you've let the others know and you are not too loud if the day after is a working day. There is also a cleaning schedule in place where 2 of the 4 people clean the common areas once a week.
The apartment is fitted with anything you might need such as a washing machines, one for clothes and one for dishes, a drying rack, oven and a microwave. Only thing missing would be a clothes drying machine, if you're used to that high life 😜.
