Eingerichtetes WG-Zimmer in einem schönen voll eingerichteten Haus. Dazu gehört ein Ess/Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad und ein seperates WC, ein Waschraum und ein Fahrradabstellplatz. Das Haus hat zwei Höfe und zwei Holzöfen. Die U-Bahnen (U3,U8,U9) und Busse in das Nordwestzentrum sind in 3 Minuten erreichbar.
Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage im alten Ortskern von Niederursel. Zum REWE sind es 5 Minuten Gehweg. Auf dem Riedberg (10 Minuten) sind weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie DM, Aldi etc und Restaurants.
Wir suchen ausschließlich eine Mitbewohnerin. Ich (45) wohne gemeinsam mit meiner Tochter (9), zukünftig 14 tägig, und einer Mitbewohnerin (36) nur englischsprechend, in diesem Haus. Wir wollen eine harmonische Atmosphäre und mögen interssante und gute Gespräche. Ab und zu kochen und essen wir gerne gemeinsam. Es kann gerne in den Höfen gegrillt werden.
Wir legen großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung. Es gibt einen Putzplan, an den sich zu halten ist.
