Location is quite perfect. 7 relaxing walk to the Konstablerwache, Eschenheimer Tor, 3-5 minutes to the railway station Patternschule (depending on how fixed you are on the road;). 36 bus rides right outside the door (so if you are studying at the Goethe, the way to the Westend and Bockenheim campus is not far). Of course, everything is easily accessible by bike. Rewe and Aldi are approx. 5-7 minutes walk, it is also speculated that until then also the net on the Eschersheimer Landstraße rises;). It is also nice that we live in the back house, so it is nicely quiet despite the proximity of the city. The system ring is right in front of the door, so it is very green for urban conditions:) We also have a garden we like to use.
The apartment is perfectly located between the lively north end with cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars and the city centre where you get everything, on Thursday and Saturday is also the producer market at the Konsti where you can buy regional products. And if you have to go away, you'll be at the u5 at the main station in 7 minutes.

Lage ist ziemlich perfekt. 7 entspannte Gehminuten zur Konstablerwache, Eschenheimer Tor, 3-5 Minuten bis zur Bahnstation Musterschule (je nachdem wie fix du unterwegs bist ;). 36er Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür (also wenn du an der Goethe studierst ist der weg zum Westend und Bockenheim Campus nicht weit). Mit dem Fahrrad ist natürlich auch alles gut erreichbar. Rewe und Aldi sind ca. 5-7 Gehminuten entfernt, es wird auch spekuliert dass bis dahin auch der netto auf der Eschersheimer Landstraße aufmacht ;). Schön ist auch, dass wir im Hinterhaus wohnen, also ist es schön ruhig trotz der Stadtnähe. Der Anlagenring ist direkt vor der Tür, also ist es für Innenstadtverhältnisse sehr grün :) Außerdem haben wir einen Garten, den wir gerne nutzen.
Die Wohnung liegt perfekt zwischen dem belebten Nordend mit Cafés, Restaurants, Kneipen, Bars und den Innenstadt, in der man alles bekommt, am Donnerstag und Samstag ist auch der Erzeugermarkt an der Konsti, auf dem man regionale Produkten kaufen kann. Und wenn du mal weiter weg musst bist du in 7 Minuten mit der u5 am Hauptbahnhof (pendeln ist also auch drin).

My two beloved co-habitants move to July after five years – and now the WG is ready for fresh wind! I therefore look for two new co-inhabitants (the display for the other room can be found here: https://www.wg-gesucht.de/11998322.html?ma=1).
Since two new people are moving in, of course, it is not exactly what our coexistence will be. Depending on the order in which the cohabitation is found, you might also choose the other roommate together.

A little to me:
I'm Julie, working in the field of culture, but I'm currently parallel to job search. I might start studying again (expanded adolescence, as some say, haha), but the characters are more likely to find a job.
In my spare time I like to go to concerts, to the cinema, what drink with friends, make music and go passionate about music, movies, pop culture, psychology, feminism, society and politics.
Sometimes, of course, there are also simple rumgelabers if the brain no longer wants to be completely – some even say I'm funny.

How to imagine the WG life:

-Even more often, do something together, cook, eat breakfast – Many of my fellow residents have become friends. But everything can't be poe (sry for the fleas)

-More coexisting than just living next to each other, I'd like to check in with my cohabitation what's going on and how you do. Doesn't have to be a therapy session, but if you can suffer well then it's a lesser one if something goes next.

-Friends are welcome!

- Cleanliness: A cleaning plan would be nice (flexible, but binding – if it doesn’t work, just communicate honestly).
→ I have no problem when there is a pan – main thing, the kitchen is usable and I don't have to clean up anyone all the time

-Common editions (Putzmittel, Basics etc.): This has worked super uncomplicatedly with the Flatastic app

Meine zwei geliebten Mitbewohnis ziehen zum Juli nach fünf Jahren aus – und jetzt ist die WG bereit für frischen Wind! Ich suche daher zwei neue Mitbewohnis (die Anzeige für das andere Zimmer findet ihr hier: https://www.wg-gesucht.de/11998322.html?ma=1).
Da gleich zwei neue Leute einziehen, steht natürlich noch nicht genau fest, wie sich unser Zusammenleben gestalten wird. Je nachdem, in welcher Reihenfolge sich die Mitbewohnis finden, könntet ihr eventuell auch gemeinsam den/die anderen Mitbewohnerin mit aussuchen.

Ein bisschen zu mir:
Ich bin Julie, arbeite im Kulturbereich, bin aber aktuell parallel auf Jobsuche. Eventuell starte ich nochmal ein Studium (erweiterte Adoleszenz, wie manche sagen, haha), aber gerade stehen die Zeichen eher auf Jobsuche.
In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gern auf Konzerte, ins Kino, was trinken mit Friends, mache Musik und quatsche leidenschaftlich gerne über Musik, Filme, Popkultur, Psychologie, Feminismus, Gesellschaft und Politik.
Manchmal gibt's natürlich auch einfaches Rumgelaber, wenn das Hirn nicht mehr ganz will – einige sagen sogar, ich sei dabei witzig.

Wie ich mir das WG-Leben vorstelle:

-Gerne auch öfter mal was zusammen unternehmen, kochen, frühstücken –Viele meiner Mitbewohnis sind letztendlich sowas wie Friends geworden. Aber alles kann nichts muss höhö (sry für die Floskel)

-Mehr Miteinander leben als nur nebeneinander her, ich checke gerne bei meinen Mitbewohnis rein, was gerade so geht und wie es Ihnen so geht. Muss ja keine Therapiesitzung werden aber wenn man sich gut leiden kann dann juckt es einen weniger, wenn mal was daneben geht.

-Freund*innen sind herzlich willkommen!

-Sauberkeit: Ein Putzplan wäre nice (flexibel, aber verbindlich – wenn’s mal nicht klappt, einfach ehrlich kommunizieren).
→ Ich hab kein Problem, wenn mal eine Pfanne steht – Hauptsache, die Küche ist benutzbar und ich muss niemandem die ganze Zeit hinterherräumen

-Gemeinsame Ausgaben (Putzmittel, Basics etc.): Das hat bei mir bisher super unkompliziert mit der App Flatastic funktioniert
