wir suchen ab 01.04. eine nachmieterin für unsere tolle wg. wohnung liegt super zentral im schönen nordend d. der altbau hat 169qm und 6 zimmer, große wohnküche mit spülmaschiene und allem , was man noch so braucht, bad mit badewanne und waschmaschiene, separates klo, schönes parkett oder holzdielen. der flur ist sehr groß und man hat bei der wohnungsgröße eh nie das gefühl der,platzangst.
das zimmer hat ca. 25qm und ist zur zeit eingerichtet (bett, schrank, schreibtisch, sofa, kommode). falls du eigene möbel hast, finden wir dafür eine lösung.
die whg. lieget zwischen eckenheimer und friedberger landstr. und nur ca. 5 gehminuten von der bergerstr. entfernt. das stadtzentrum mit zeil, hauptwache und opernplatz ist fußläufig zu erreichen. u-bahn station ist keine 5 gehminuten entfernt.
im moment sind wir 3 beruflich ziemlich aktive frauen, die, wenn sie sich treffen, immer was spannendes zu erzählen haben. manchmal treibt es uns auch ins wirtshaus, wir können uns aber auch gegenseitig die manchmal sehr nötige ruhe gönnen.
ich habe eine 8 jährige sanfte hündin bin aber mindestens 2 wochen/monat in potsdam (zs. mit der hündin).
