Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete 15.03.25 - 15.05.25 (flexibel) im Nordend, in toller 2er WG

Die Wohnung liegt in einem der schönsten Viertel in Frankfurt- dem wunderbaren Nordend: hier kann man seine Zeit super in Secondhand Läden, Restaurants, Bars und Cafés verbringen. Natürlich bekommt man auch alles was man für den Alltag braucht, einen DM (ca 3 min Fußweg), Netto (2 min), Alnatura (5 min), Rewe (5 min), Aldi (10 min), Wochenmarkt (10 min) etc, in die Innenstadt sind es nur 10 min mit dem Fahrrad. Frankfurts beliebte Einkaufsstraße, die Berger-Straße befindet sich 5 min fußläufig von der Wohnung.
An den Nahverkehr ist man super angebunden und in 5 min an der U4 Bahnstation „Höhenstraße“ und somit schnell am Hauptbahnhof oder in Bockenheim. So kommt man entspannt an die Campi der Goethe- Uni und der FH Frankfurt, diese befinden sich an der U4 Linie, sowie dem Bus M32, dessen Station „Günthersburgallee“ ist auch in 5 min zu erreichen.

Aktuell wohnen Nave (27 Jahre alt) und ich, Penelope (28 Jahre alt) zusammen. Wir sind beide Architekt*innen und Nave studiert an der Städel Schule. Für gewöhnlich sitzen wir gerne zusammen im Wohnzimmer oder auf dem Balkon und unterhalten uns mal mit, mal ohne ein Glas Wein. Wir essen gerne gemeinsam, ist aber für dich kein Muss. Besonders wichtig ist uns ein rücksichtsvoller Umgang miteinander und dass man sich in der Wohnung wohl fühlen kann.
Zum Wohlfühlen in der Wohnen gehört für uns ein sauberes Umfeld, die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Wohnbereiche werden wöchentlich, abwechselnd geputzt und natürlich wird danach geschaut, dass es auch sonst nicht zu chaotisch ist.

From 10.03.2025 to 19.05.2025, a room will become available in our wonderful 2-person shared flat in Frankfurt's Nordend!
It is a room in an old building flat, on the 2nd floor. The room has a window facing the street and a balcony door to the most beautiful, sunny balcony, overlooking the square, perfect for enjoying the summer with a distant view. The room is furnished and has everything you need.
There is also a large living and dining room, which you can of course use. Attached to the living room is a small, fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and a dishwasher.
In the hallway of the flat, you can play music on a well-functioning electric piano. A big plus of the flat is that it has a bathroom (incl. toilet) with bathtub and new washing machine and a separate toilet, so you won't get in each other's way.
In all living rooms of the flat there is a great ship plank floor, which is pleasant for walking barefoot :)

The flat is located in a house with a nice neighbourhood, there is a courtyard that is shared, here you can eat, play table tennis or relax a bit in the beach chair. There are two bicycle garages adjacent to the courtyard.

The flat is located in one of the most beautiful districts in Frankfurt - the wonderful Nordend: here you can spend your time in second-hand shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. Of course, you can also get everything you need for everyday life, a DM (approx. 3 min walk), Netto (2 min), Alnatura (5 min), Rewe (5 min), Aldi (10 min), weekly market (10 min), etc. It is only 10 min by bike to the city centre. Frankfurt's popular shopping street, Berger-Strasse, is a 5-minute walk from the flat.
There are excellent public transport connections and you can reach the U4 "Höhenstraße" station in 5 minutes, which means you can quickly get to the main railway station or Bockenheim. You can easily get to the campuses of Goethe University and Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, which are on the U4 line, as well as the M32 bus, whose "Günthersburgallee" station can also be reached in 5 minutes.

Currently, Nave (27 years old) and I, Penelope (28 years old) live together. We are both architects and Nave is studying at the Städel Schule. We usually like to sit together in the living room or on the balcony and talk, sometimes with, sometimes without a glass of wine. We like to eat together, but this is not a must for you. It is especially important to us that we treat each other considerately and that you can feel comfortable in the flat.
For us, a clean environment is part of feeling at home in the apartment. The shared living areas are cleaned weekly, alternately, and of course we make sure that everything else is not too chaotic.
