Sublet from 1.12.24- 28.2.205 (Individual solutions can be found). The renting period can potentially be extended for a month or two. At this moment it is likely that I will be able to send whether the rent can be extended by the beginning of next year.
Your room has 18 m² and is fully furnished.
A window looks out onto Glauburgstrase with plenty of cafés and beautiful houses across the street.
In addition to the furniture, I will provide blankets, pillows, bedsheets and towels :).
The area is very popular for young people and really close to the city center. All major attractions are within walking distance. To get to the city center you can either walk about 15 minutes through a pretty residential area passing several nice cafés and restaurants or you can hop on the subway (U-Bahn), which is 2
minutes from the apartment. Frankfurt main station is on the same subway line and can be reached within 10 minutes.
The Westend Campus is only about 5 minutes away via bike or 10 minutes walking distance.
There are three supermarkets just around the corner and a post office within the building.
The street is rather quite and there is little traffic relative to the popularity of the area.
We are a three flatmates: one guy and two girls.
We enjoy cooking and laughing together. We have been living together for a little longer then 3 years now and get along great. We respect each others privacy and personal space.
I would describe us as very friendly and open for new people. We organise dinner parties or game nights at our place once in a while and we have a golden rule about visitors/guests: the more the merrier. We always welcome people into our home. We have had three people subletting our rooms so far and all enjoyed their stay very much.
We are looking forward to include another temporary member to the crew :)
