Hallo zusammen!
Da ich zum Ende des Monats aus meinem WG-Zimmer ausziehe, suche ich noch einen Nachmieter.
Es hat eine absolute Traumlage im Herzen der Stadt in der Nähe des Eschenheimer Tors, mit der Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Von dort fährt die Buslinie M36 direkt zum Campus Westend. Die Frankfurter Schule ist mit der U-Bahn in ca. 14 Minuten zu erreichen.
Ein REWE befindet sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite, und so ziemlich alles, was man sonst noch so braucht, ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, von unzähligen Cafés und Restaurants bis hin zur Zeil.
Die Miete, einschließlich aller Kosten außer dem Rundfunkbeitrag (der unter den drei Mitbewohnern geteilt wird), würde 610 € betragen.
Bitte lass mich wissen, ob und wann Du die Wohnung besichtigen willst. Es gibt noch freie Termine an diesem Mittwoch, Donnerstag, Samstag oder Sonntag.

Since I am moving out of my WG room at the end of the month, it would be up for grabs.
It has an absolute dream location being in the heart of the city near Eschenheimer Tor, with the bus stop right in front of the door. Bus line M36 goes to Campus Westend directly from there. Frankfurt School is around 14 minutes away with U-Bahn.
REWE is on the opposite side of the street, and pretty much everything else you could possibly need is accessible by a not more than a couple or so minutes of walk, from uncountable cafes and restaurants to the Zeil.
The rent, including everything except the Rundfunksbeitrag (which is shared among the three flatmates) would be €610.
City registration is also possible.
Please let me know if and when you want to visit the flat. There are still free appointments on this Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday or Sunday.
