Lovely and sunny apartment in the middle of Nordend. It's composed of 2 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony - you would be taking the bigger room directly connected to the balcony. The windows face an inner courtyard, so it doesn't get noisy.
I'll be moving out of Germany so I'll be leaving this apartment after 3 lovely years - looking to sell most of the things in my room too. My current roommate is also moving out at the end of September so you'll either get to choose your new flatmate or take over the apartment by yourself (subject to approval from the landlord).
Would be keen to start viewings early July as the move-in date is quite soon - don't hesitate to ask any additional questions!

Very well connected - tram stop just outside the building and U5 stop around 5min away.
