Das Zimmer ist quadratisch und geht zum Süden raus, man schaut in eine Art Innenhof. Es hat, wie im Rest der Wohnung, Holzboden und eine hohe Decke.
Zur Wohnung gehört neben der wirklich deluxen Badewanne ein Kellerabteil und zum Haus ein Gemeinschaftsgarten, den ich gern für diesen Sommer noch etwas schöner machen würde.
**The room is square-shaped, south-facing toward, and looks out into a quiet inner courtyard. As in the rest of the apartment, it has a high ceiling and wood floors. You could buy all the furniture that’s currently in it (picture 1), but don’t have to.
The apartment comes with a basement compartment and the house has a shared garden, which Id like to pimp some more for this summer.
Die Wohnung liegt um die Ecke vom Friedberger Platz, zur Berger und in die Innenstadt sind es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Rad, theoretisch geht‘s auch zu Fuß. Die nächsten Öffis sind Friedberger Platz und Musterschule. Zum Einkaufen gibts mehrere Bäckereien, Gemüseläden, REWEs, Aldi und 1 dm. Wenn man wieder in Cafés und Restaurants gehen kann, sind viele direkt in Laufnähe.
** The apartment lies right around the corner from Friedberger Platz, it’s just a couple of minutes to Berger Straße and the city center by bike, technically walking distance. The next public transport stops are Friedberger Platz and Musterschule. For groceries etc, there are multiple bakeries, fruit and vegetable stores, REWE, Aldi, and a dm. For times when we can go out for coffee and restaurants again, there’s many in walking distance.
Weil mein Mitbewohner auszieht, suche ich eine*n neue*n Mitbewohni. Erstmal befristet, es kann eventuell aber auch länger werden. Ich arbeite an einem Friedensforschungsinstitut, gerade noch von Zuhause aus. Ansonsten mach ich gern Sport (seit kurzem taekwondo), esse, lese (meistens 5 Sachen gleichzeitig) und engagiere mich sozial. Ich habe sehr gern Leute zum chillen, kochen, diskutieren, Film schauen, spielen, etc. da (wenn es die Pandemie erlaubt) und freu mich natürlich auch wenn du auf sowas Lust hast!
Seit ich vor ein paar Monaten eingezogen bin, hat sich die Wohnung schon mehr und mehr gefüllt, ich würde sie aber sehr gerne weiter gestalten, deshalb freu ich mich, wenn du Lust drauf hast, dich richtig einzubringen. Für unser WG-Leben ist es mir wichtig, dass wir gut kommunizieren, alles, was zu tun ist, teilen und uns hier beide vollkommen wohl und zu Hause fühlen können. Ich teile gerne alles mit dir, essen, Waschmittel, usw., ist aber kein Problem wenn nicht.
** Since my roommate is moving out, I am looking for a new person. For now, it’s for only three months, but can maybe be extended. I work as a researcher at a peace research institute, currently from home. When I’m not working, I like being active (just started with taekwondo), eating/food in general, reading (usually five books at once), and volunteering. I usually love having friends over for cooking, hanging out, debating over whatever, watching movies, etc. Since that’s difficult these days its more Skype and walks.
Since moving in a few months ago, the apartment has come together more and more, but I’d like to keep “designing” together, so I’d love for you to join in. For our life in the apartment, it’s important to me that we communicate well and share the responsibilities so we can both feel fully at ease and safe here. I’m up for sharing everything (food, detergent, etc) if you want but no stress if not.
