The official start of the rental period would be October 1st. However, since I have to leave the apartment for professional reasons, I can move in as early as September 20th.
The room is fully furnished, as is the rest of the apartment.
The room is equipped with a new bed (140x200cm) with storage space under the bed.
A desk and desk chair, both new.
A wardrobe and a clothes rail, as well as a bedside table and lamp.
The room faces east and has two large windows with plenty of light. There are also black-out curtains.
The streets around the building are on a very quiet one-way street. So it is very quiet at night.
The room has a parquet floor and high ceilings.
There is space for additional pieces of furniture.

Offizieller Mietbeginn wäre der 1. Oktober. Da ich aber die Wohnung bereits aus beruflichen Gründen verlassen muss, ist ein Einzug bereits ab dem 20. September möglich.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert, sowie der Rest der Wohnung.
Zur Ausstattung des Zimmers gehören ein neues Bett (140x200cm) mit Stauraum unter dem Bett.
Ein Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl auch beides neu.
Ein Kleiderschrank und eine Kleiderstange, sowie wie ein Nachtkästchen und Lampe.
das Zimmer ist nach Osten ausgerichtet und verfügt über zwei große Fenster mit hoher Lichtdurchflutung. Vorhänge zum Verdunkeln sind auch vorhanden.
Die Straßen rund um das Gebäude liegen in einer sehr ruhigen Einbahnstraße. Es ist also sehr leise nachts.
Das Zimmer hat einen Parkettboden und hohe Decken.
Es besteht Platz für weitere Möbelstücke.

The location is excellent for students at the university or workers in the city center. The Glauburgstraße subway station (U5) is one to two minutes' walk away. Two stops to Konstablerwache.
There are shops at the subway station (Rewe), and a Lidl is also a 5-minute walk away.
Restaurants and bars are 2-5 minutes away.

Die Lage ist hervorragend für Studenten an der Uni oder Arbeiter in der Innenstadt. Die U-Bahnstation Glauburgstraße (U5) befindet sich ein bis maximal zwei Minuten Laufweg entfernt. Zwei Stationen bis zur Konstablerwache.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich an der U-Bahn-Station (Rewe), ein Lidl ist auch in 5 Minuten Laufweg zu erreichen.
