Ich biete ein 14 m² großes Zimmer in meiner Altbauwohnung in Sachsenhausen an. Das Zimmer ist aktuell teilmöbliert und dient derzeit als Garderobe. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, und die Toilette ist vom Bad getrennt, sodass es morgens keinen Stau gibt. Einzugsdatum ist flexible.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal: Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Lokalbahnhof, und in der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka, Aldi, Rewe und Lidl. Zwei Fitnessstudios sind ebenfalls in der Umgebung. Südbahnhof ist nur 10-15 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Ich bin Sarah, 27 Jahre alt, und arbeite in einem Konzern. An zwei bis drei Tagen pro Woche bin ich im Homeoffice. Abends koche ich gern oder ich unternehmen etwas draußen. Ich schaue gerne Filme und Serien und natürlich, reisen. 😉
Ich suche bevorzugt nach einer weiblichen Mitbewohnerin. Es handelt sich nicht um eine reine Zweck-WG. Mir ist es wichtig, dass wir uns gut verstehen und ein harmonisches Zusammenleben haben.
