das Zimmer ist ca. 14qm2 groß und liegt auf der Südseite der Wohnung. Es ist angenehm ruhig und man hört weder Straße noch Bahn. In das Zimmer gelangt man über die das Wohnzimmer.
Ich würde im Zimmer das Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und die Weltkarte gerne für eine Ablöse von 450€ übergeben wollen. Ebenso ist hier noch anteilig die Waschmaschine eingerechnet, welche wir erst vor 2 Monaten gekauft haben.
Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage und man ist innerhalb von 3 Minuten an der S-Bahn, Straßenbahn und Busstation Stresemannallee. Es ist eine ruhige Wohngegend und trotzdem ist man schnell am Main und in der Stadt.
Du teilst dir die WG mit Gina und Tassilo. Gina ist gerade noch mitten in ihrem PhD für Biochemie. Sie ist somit untertags meistens im Labor. Tassilo arbeitet remote bei einer Beratung in München, weshalb er entweder im Home Office oder in München vor Ort ist.
Die beiden Kochen unglaublich gerne und unternehmen oft etwas zusammen.
Tassilo ist viel im Gym, Schwimmen oder Laufen und Gina hat ihren Spaß an Paddel und Laufen gefunden.
Beide sind sehr offen und wünschen sich eine(n) Nachmieter(in), welche(r) nicht nur einen Zweck-WG sucht.
