Hi there,

We're looking for someone to sublet one of our rooms in Westend-Nord from March 1st-31st. The apartment has a bathroom with a tub and a washing machine. We recently moved in, so the kitchen is almost new. There's also covered bike parking in the cellar.

The room is 15 sq m with large windows facing the back of the building, making it bright and quiet. It's furnished with a large bed (140x200), a desk, a closet, a chest of drawers, a clothes rail, and a mirror. The warm rent includes:
- Internet flat
- cable connection
- water, heating, general electricity
- Property tax, insurance
- janitor, winter service

The apartment is located right across the street from the Westend campus. The Miquel/Adickesalee subway station is 8 minutes away by foot. Bockenheimer Warte can be reached in around 12 minutes on the M32 bus. The Frankfurt School is about 5 minutes away by bike. The nearest Rewe and DM are about 6 minutes away by foot. You can get to Bockenheim, Nordend/Ostend, or Bornheim pretty quickly by bike :)

Currently, there are three people in the flat: Eduardo, Vera, and me (Tatiana). Eduardo (24) is from Brazil, speaks fluent Spanish and English, and has good German skills. He's doing an apprenticeship in the service sector and is a fun person to be around. Vera (30) recently moved to Frankfurt to work as a doctor and I (30) recently finished my master's in environmental governance and I'm hunting for jobs at the moment.

We have a very friendly relationship with each other and have done a lot together, which is why we'd really like to find two people who are open and communicative. If this sounds like a good fit for you, message me, and I'll contact you!
