Zimmer ist möbliert, mit Bett und Schrank. Es gibt Dachschrägen, die Fenster haben Aussicht auf die Frankfurter Skyline.
Sehr gute ÖPNV Anbindung (5 min zu Fuß zur nächsten Ubahn Station). Nah am Grüneburgweg, wo es viele Lokalitäten gibt. Man ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß am Uni Campus Westend. Das Westend ist sowieso eine wunderschöne, ruhige und gepflegte Lage.
Es wird sehr viel Wert auf Ruhe und Sauberkeit gelegt. Es werden keine Partys in der Wohnung veranstaltet. Du solltest also eine ruhige Person sein, der es wichtig ist, vorsichtig mit den Möbeln umzugehen, da diese meine sind. Wg Leben findet kaum statt, da ich fast nie da bin, also wärst du alleine die meiste Zeit.
