Das Zimmer ist in einer Dreier WG, die bisher immer eine 2er WG war :) Die WG ist großzügig geschnitten, in der Küche ist ein kleiner Esstisch. Es gibt ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein seperates WC. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, hell und das einzig sanierte Zimmer in der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss und hat insgesamt 80qm. Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es gibt einen Waschtrockner.
Bei Bornheim Mitte (3 min von der U-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten)
Was das WG Leben angeht bin ich flexibel :) finde das hängt ganz davon ab wie man sich versteht. Grundsatzlich trinke ich gerne mal ein spontanes Bier in der Küche oder bin bei einem Serien-Abend dabei.
Mein Zimmer ist aktuell das größte und wird deshalb ab und zu auch gerne mal als Wohnzimmer genutzt. Für mich ist offene Kommunikation und ein ordentliches/sauberes Zusammenleben wichtig.
Wäre offen für Vorschläge wie Spülmaschine oder Putzkraft. Bisher hat es aber auch immer so funktioniert :)
