for the period 01.07.2025 to 31.10.2025 I am looking for a WG room in Frankfurt am Main. The reason for my stay in Frankfurt is the professional activity in a firm.

About me:

I am 28 years old and currently live in Konstanz am Bodensee. That's where I'm going to do the Referendariat. I also enjoyed my study time in this beautiful city. For this reason, I can also look back on a few years of experience in nice WG ́s. I prefer to spend my spare time relaxing in nature during sports and evenings. Of course, I am open to WG activities. Overall, I describe myself as very cumbersome and value for cleanliness.

On request, I can have Schufa (request now) income as well as the income evidence. A guarantee, if desired, is not a problem. Regarding the equipment, I prefer a furnished room.

für den Zeitraum 01.07.2025 bis 31.10.2025 bin ich auf der Suche nach einem WG-Zimmer in Frankfurt am Main. Grund für meinen Aufenthalt in Frankfurt ist die berufliche Tätigkeit in einer Kanzlei.

Über mich:

Ich bin 28 Jahre alt und wohne aktuell in Konstanz am Bodensee. Dort absolviere ich gerade auch das Referendariat. Meine Studienzeit habe ich ebenfalls in dieser schönen Stadt genossen. Aus diesem Grund kann ich auch auf ein paar Jahre Erfahrung in netten WG´s zurückblicken. Meine Freizeit verbringe ich am liebsten in der Natur beim Sport und Abends gerne entspannt. Für WG-Aktivitäten bin ich natürlich aufgeschlossen. Insgesamt beschreibe ich mich als sehr umgänglich und lege Wert auf Sauberkeit.

Auf Wunsch kann ich Schufa (request now) -Auskünfte ebenso wie die Einkommensnachweise vorliegen. Eine Bürgschaft ist, falls gewünscht, auch kein Problem. Bezüglich der Ausstattung bevorzuge ich ein möbliertes Zimmer.

Selbstverständlich bin ich über weitere Tipps und Angebote sehr dankbar und immer erreichbar.
