Bei uns in der WG wird ein Zimmer frei :)
Das Zimmer hat 13qm und du bekommst dazu noch einen Platz im Flur (der recht groß ist) für einen großen Schrank. Die Wohnung ist Altbau und im 3. OG. Einen Aufzug haben wir leider nicht, aber darür tolle hohe Decken (3,20m)! Wir haben dazu noch eine große Küche und ein Bad.
Die Miete beträgt 470,- warm inkl. allem. Wir haben eine Staffelmiete von 5,-/Monat pro Jahr. Die Kaution beträgt 1150,- .
Zusammen mit dem Zimmer wird eine Ablöse von 50€ für die Küche und gemeinschaftlich genutzte Möbel anfallen.
Im Zimmer bleiben eine kleine Couch und ein Bett fü weitere 50 euro.
Du würdest mit mir (w, 26) und mit Paula (w,22) zusammenwohnen. Wir sind beide Studentinnen und arbeiten nebenbei.
