Fully furnished 3 room apartment in Ostbanhof opposite to the Maine river and close to ECB. Rent is all inclusive for 1 room.

The modern apartment is on the 4th floor (elevator avaiable) with 3 large rooms (one living room, two bedrooms and a big balcony with river view), a kitchen and 2 toilets along with a washing machine room.

The apartment is situated at Honsellstraße opposite skater park in Ostbahnhof. The u bahn, bus station and tram station are all 2-4 mins walk away on foot. Ostendstraße S bahn station is 10 mins walk away. Rewe, DM, apotheke, Alnatura, Aldi, Edeka and many nice cafes and restuarants are very close and are reachable on foot. The location cannot get better than this as you could always get down after work and have a nice walk along the river and ECB. The city centre is 10-15 mins away.

We are a couple currently living in this apartment in one bedroom. I am working full time in a Fintech company and my girlfriend is currently doing her Masters and working part time. For us having a very clean, relaxed and a happy environment is a must. We love spending time together in the apartment by doing various household activities. We also love inviting friends over for drinks, dinner etc. We are looking for someone to take the second bedroom and someone who can maintain the vibe of this apartment!
You as a roommate will get a very beautifully decorated and equipped room and apartment.
