Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin für die Zeit von März bis September (mit der Möglichkeit, den Aufenthalt zu verlängern).
Die Wohnung liegt in Oberrad, nur 10 Min. mit der Straßenbahn von Sachsenhausen entfernt. Sowohl das Flussufer als auch der Wald sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und zwei Stühlen ausgestattet.
Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin (Studentin oder Berufstätige zwischen 25 und 38 Jahren). Erasmus- und PhD-Studenten sind willkommen.
Miete 550€ alles inklusive.
Kaution ist 500€.
Über mich: ich bin Italienerin, 33 ja und arbeite im Kulturbereich. Ich arbeite Teilzeit und bin an zwei Wochentage zu Hause und arbeite an meiner Dissertation. Ich freue mich über eine Mitbewohnerin, die gerne ab und zu was zusammen unternehmen möchte (Kochen, im Wald oder am Main spazieren usw.). Kein Party WG.

The apartment is in Oberrad, just 10 Min. away by tram from Sachsenhausen. Both the river shore and the forest are a few minutes away by foot.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and two chairs.
I am looking for a female roomate (student or young worker aged between 25 and 38). Erasmus and PhD students are welcome.

About me: I am Italian, 33 years old and I work part-time in the cultural sector. I stay at home two days a week writing my dissertation.
