Die Anzeige richtet sich an weibliche Nichtraucherinnen:
Dein Zimmer liegt in einer 3-Zimmer Wohnung im 2. OG und ist ca 13 m2 groß und quadratisch. Es ist mit einem Bett (90x200 cm), einem Kleiderschrank und einem Schreibtisch möbliert.
Es hat 2 Fenster und ist dadurch hell.
Daneben steht dir noch ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit ebenfalls 13 m2 zur Verfügung. Dort gibt es ein Sofa, einen Fernseher und einen Esstisch.
Ich behalte das kleinste Zimmer der Wohnung und komme meistens am Wochenende nach Hause.
Die Wohnung liegt ein einem älteren Haus und ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders das sogenannte "Frankfurter Bad" solltest du anschauen, d.h. die Dusche ist in der Küche. Die Toilette ist in einem eigenen Raum. Es ist normalerweise kein Problem sich kurz abzusprechen bzgl. der Dusche.
Einzugstermin ist der 01.02.25 oder nach Absprache.
Bitte beachten:
Die meiste Zeit wirst du alleine sein, nichtsdestotrotz ist das hier ein Angebot für eine WG, nicht für ein alleiniges Wohnen.
Die Wohnung liegt doch super zentral und ist dafür ruhig mitten in einer Seitenstraße in Bornheim mit guter ÖPNV-Anbindung.
Eine Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung besteht.

Your room is located in a 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor and is approx.13 m2 in size and square. It is furnished with a bed (90x200 cm), a closet and a desk.
It has 2 windows and is therefore bright.
Next to it is a shared living room, also measuring 13 m2. There is a sofa, a TV and a dining table.
I keep the smallest room in the apartment and usually come home at the weekend.
The apartment is in an older house and is getting a bit long in the tooth. You should especially take a look at the so-called “Frankfurt bathroom”, that means the shower is in the kitchen, but separated by curtains. The toilet is separate in it´s own room. It's usually no problem to make a quick arrangement regarding the shower.
Please be aware:
You will be alone most of the time anyway, but this is still an offer for a shared flat, not for living alone.
The apartment is centrally located and quiet in the middle of a side street in Bornheim with good public transport connections.
There is a possibility of extending the lease.

Der ÖPNV ist sehr nah, 7 min zur U-Bahn, Straßenbahn, verschiedenen Bussen. Und 10 min mit dem Auto zur A661/A3/A5.
Der Flughafen ist 40 min mit dem ÖPNV weg und der Hauptbahnhof 20 min.

Public transport is very close, 7 minutes to the subway, tram, various buses. And 10 minutes by car to the A661/A3/A5.

The airport is 40 minutes away by public transport and the main train station 20 minutes.

Wenn du nach Möglichkeit Vegetarierin bist, ist das toll, das ist aber nicht Voraussetzung.
Du solltest gut auf die schon etwas in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung aufpassen und sie nutzen.
Es ist ein Altbau und keine Luxuswohnung (z. B. keine Spülmaschine) daher ist die Wohnung relativ günstig. Sie ist super zentral gelegen und doch ruhig. Der ÖPNV ist nah, Geschäfte zum einkaufen sind in der nahe gelegenen Berger Str. in 5 min erreichbar (Aldi, Rewe, Denns, Bäckereien, Cafes, Restaurants).
Der Ostpark und Güntersburpark sind nah. Zum Main sind es etwa 25 min zu Fuß oder schneller mit der Tram.
Es gibt nur 4 Mietparteien im Haus, die alle sehr nett sind.
Die Wohnung hat ein "Frankfurter Bad", d. h. die Dusche ist in der Küche, aber mit Vorhängen abgetrennt.
Schau dir die Wohnung doch einfach mal an und mach dir selbst ein Bild.
Ich behalte das kleinste Zimmer der Wohnung und komme 1-2x/Monat am Wochenende nach Hause. Sonst bist du alleine.

If you are preferably a vegetarian would it be perfect, but that is not mandatory.
You should take good care of the somewhat old apartment and use it.
It is an old building and not a luxury apartment (e.g. no dishwasher) so the apartment is relatively cheap. It is very centrally located and yet quiet. Public transport is close by, shops for shopping can be reached in 5 minutes on nearby Berger Str. (Aldi, Rewe, Denns, bakeries, cafes, restaurants).
The Ostpark and Güntersburpark are close by. It is about 25 minutes to the Main on foot or faster by tram.
There are only 4 tenants in the building, all of whom are very nice.
The apartment has a "Frankfurt bathroom", i.e. the shower is in the kitchen but separated by curtains.
Just take a look at the apartment and see for yourself.
