We have a fantastic room opening up in our apartment in Bornheim because our amazing roommate just got married and is moving out!
About Us: We’re a relaxed duo – a 28-year-old Brazilian girl and a 39-year-old German guy, both working full-time and leading a pretty calm life. We work from home most of the time, but go into the office 1-2 times a week. Our apartment is right in front of the metro station, with Bergerstrasse’s cafes, shops, and all that you need just a quick walk away.
About the Room: The room you’d be moving into is huge (25 sqm), bright, and has its own spacious balcony with an incredible view of the Frankfurt skyline. The building is new, and we’re on the 4th floor (note: no elevator but you get used to it hehe).
The Space: We share a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. We keep things clean but are not overly strict about it. We’re both quiet, especially with our work routines, so ideally, we’d like a roommate who has similar habits (normal sleeping hours, work, respectful, etc.). We sometimes hang out together but also enjoy our own space, so a friendly, easygoing vibe is perfect.
Details:
• Available from December 1st (with an initial 6-month trial, and potential to extend if it’s a good fit for all of us)
• Rent: €710/month, all utilities included (water, Wi-Fi, electricity, heating)
• Cleaning: €40/month for a cleaning service that comes weekly for common areas
