In your luxury WG in Sachsenhausen, you will already feel intimidated by its size. Other than the 2 bedrooms, from which one will be yours for a month, there is a big fully equipped kitchen including dish washer, a "winter garden" to have your meals and invite friends in the cold winter days, a big living room with a lot of space and equipped with screen for home office possibility and a balcony in case you want to smoke. Also, there is a washing machine that you can use, a WC and a bathroom.
In your fully furnished room, there will be a 160x200cm bed, a sofa-bed, closet and drawers. There is also enough space in case you want to bring your luggage. As a plus point, there is a projector to enjoy cozy home cinema and a smart lamp, both can be connected to your phone.

The appartment is centrally localted with a perfect view on the main and the europian central bank. It is 2 minutes away from the tram/bus station and 7 minutes away from Lokalbahnhof on foot. The "Alt-Sachs" is also around the corner where you can enjoy a very lively area in Frankfurt full of restaurants and pubs. Rewe, Aldi, Lidle and DM are all minutes away on foot.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen mit einem perfekten Blick auf den Main und die Europäische Zentralbank. Es ist 2 Minuten von der Straßenbahn/Bushaltestelle und 7 Minuten zu Fuß vom Lokalbahnhof entfernt. Der „Alt-Sachs“ ist auch um die Ecke, wo Sie eine sehr lebendige Gegend in Frankfurt voller Restaurants und Kneipen genießen können. Rewe, Aldi, Lidle und DM sind alle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Your flatmate, Stefan, is a very open-minded person who is very friendly and easy going. He is a banker who works in Frankfurt, does sports and vegetarian. If he is not outside then most probably he is in his room or having a meal. He is often up to a short nice conversation. He lives in Frankfurt since sometime so he can recommend a lot of nice, cozy and top places in the area.

Ihr Mitbewohner, Stefan, ist ein sehr aufgeschlossener Mensch, der sehr freundlich und locker ist. Er ist Banker, arbeitet in Frankfurt, treibt Sport und ist Vegetarier. Wenn er nicht draußen ist, dann ist er höchstwahrscheinlich in seinem Zimmer oder beim Essen. Er ist oft für ein kurzes, nettes Gespräch zu haben. Er wohnt seit einiger Zeit in Frankfurt und kann daher eine Menge netter, gemütlicher und toller Orte in der Umgebung empfehlen.
This is a limited rent but at the same time flexible (get in touch). Inviting friends is also welcomed after shortly agreeing with Stefan - after all, nothing much to do in the cold winter.
