Hallo zusammen, ich vermiete mein Zimmer für einen Monat vom 1.1. bis 31.1. ohne Anmeldung. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Leute, die für eine kurze Zeit zu bleiben und hat große öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung vom Hauptbahnhof.

Wir sind eine nette und gemütliche Innenstadtwohngemeinschaft.
Wir haben 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 lange Küche, 1 Toilette, 1 Bad und den Flur, der alles miteinander verbindet. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und anderen Dingen, die man braucht. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine im Keller.

Hi everyone, I am subletting my room for a month from 1st of January to 31st of January without City Registration. The apartment is great for people looking to stay for a short while and has great public transport connection from the main station.

Die WG liegt direkt am Schönplatz mit 2 Kiosken und mehreren Pizzerien, einem afrikanischen Restaurant, 2 chinesischen Restaurants und einem Dönerladen.
Der Rewe-Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und verfügt über eine Tiefgarage, falls Sie mit dem Auto einkaufen wollen.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist 8-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Eine Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus und der Hauptbahnhof ist in weniger als 1 Minute zu erreichen.

The flat share is right next to the “Schönplatz” with 2 kiosks and several pizzerias, an African restaurant, 2 Chinese restaurants and a kebab shop.
The Rewe supermarket is also a 5-7 minute walk away and also has an underground parking garage if you are shopping by car.
The main station is 8-10 minutes away on foot. A tram and bus station is right outside the house and will the main station can be reached in less than 1 minute.

Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit Florian und Marc. Florian ist Wirtschaftsprüfer und Marc ist Ingenieur. Beide arbeiten Vollzeit, treffen sich aber gerne nach der Arbeit oder an den Wochenenden. Sie schauen gerne Filme und spielen Spiele und sind tolle Mitbewohner.
Wir halten es ganz unkompliziert und reden über alles.
Wir machen uns oft etwas zu essen und chillen, spielen Spiele oder schauen gemeinsam Serien oder Filme.
Wir haben einen Putzplan, bei dem jede Woche einer von uns putzt und jeder grob drüber schaut.

You will be sharing the flat with Florian and Marc. Florian is a Chartered accountant while Marc is an engineer. Both of them work full time but like to hangout after work or mostly on weekends. They like watching movies and playing games and are great flatmates.
We keep it completely uncomplicated and talk about everything.
We often make ourselves something to eat and chill out, play games or watch series or movies together.
We have a cleaning plan, whereby one of us cleans every week and everyone looks over it roughly.
