ich suche ab dem 01.03.2025 nach einer/einem neuen Mitbewohner*in. Wichtig: Da unsere Immobiliengesellschaft keine Bürgschaften zulässt und einen Einkommensnachweis verlangt, solltest du bereits berufstätig sein und ein eigenes Einkommen haben!!!
Zu der Wohnung und deinem zukünftigen Zimmer: Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, liegt im 5. Stock (mit Aufzug!) und beinhaltet ein Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und Esstisch, eine Küche und einen Flur. Ganz großes Plus ist natürlich der Balkon, welchen man über das Wohnzimmer betreten kann. Von hier aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Skyline von Frankfurt und kann vor allem im Sommer den Tag sehr gut ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung ist an sich schon komplett ausgestattet, du kommst also in ein gemachtes Nest. Dein Zimmer hat Innenhoflage, du kannst dementsprechend auch bei geöffnetem Fenster ungestört schlafen. Dein Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben, d.h. ein Bett, ein Kleiderschrank und ein weiterer Schrank sowie Regalbretter verbleiben im Zimmer.

About the flat and your future room: The flat is very cosy, it is on the 5th floor (with lift!) and has a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a dining table, a kitchen and a hallway. The balcony can be accessed via the living room. From here you have a wonderful view of the Frankfurt skyline and it's a great place to end the day, especially in summer. The flat is already fully furnished. Your room faces the inner courtyard, so you can sleep undisturbed even with the window open. Your room will be handed over furnished, i.e. a bed, a wardrobe and a cupboard as well as shelves will remain in the room.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr im Zentrum des Stadtteils Sachsenhausen ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Schweizer Platz und der gleichnamigen U-Bahn Haltestelle entfernt. Hier findest du viele Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte. Zudem bist du in nur 4 min am Mainufer! Falls du ein Auto hast, empfiehlt sich ein Bewohnerparkenausweis.

The flat is located in the centre of the Sachsenhausen district, about a 5-minute walk from Schweizer Platz and the underground station of the same name. Here you will find many cafés, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. You can also be on the banks of the Main in just 4 minutes! If you have a car, a resident's parking permit is recommended.

Ich bin eine 27-jährige Doktorandin, die dementsprechend unter der Woche recht eingespannt, d.h. eher unauffindbar ist, aber am Wochenende gerne viel Zeit in der Wohung verbringt. Ich bin ein introvertierter, aber erstaunlich geselliger Mensch, der sich gerne mal mit einem verquatscht. Ich male, singe im Chor, gehe Laufen und ins Gym. Bin immer offen für gemeinsam Sport machen, Kochen, Filmeabende, Feiern gehen etc., habe aber auch Verständnis dafür, wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht :). Sauberkeit liegt mir am Herzen, wir putzen hier einmal wöchentlich gemeinsam, das würde ich auch gerne beibehalten.

I'm a 27-year-old PhD student who is therefore quite busy during the week and rather untraceable, but likes to spend a lot of time in my flat at the weekend. I'm an introverted but surprisingly sociable person who likes to chat to people. I paint, sing in a choir, go running and to the gym. I'm always up for sports, cooking, film evenings, going out together etc., but I also understand when you need some space :). Tidiness is important to me, we clean together once a week, and I would like to keep that up.
