Bright room in a sensational, spacious maisonette apartment (2 floors under the roof, approx. 120 sqm in a renovated historic building, south-facing balcony, 2 bathrooms, parquet flooring, large modern fitted kitchen plus a large living room with skyline view) and the best roommates in the world: Laila, Theresa, and Moumita – where cooking skills meet deep relaxation and good humor :-).
YOU: Relaxed, experienced in shared living, late 20s or older, and employed.
If you want to live in a central location in one of Frankfurt’s most beautiful neighborhoods (U5 station "Musterschule"), with everything you need close by: supermarkets (REWE, Tegut, Aldi, denns, dm-drugstore), restaurants, bars, ice cream cafés, great bakeries, dry cleaners, etc.
The rent includes: fast ISDN & DSL Wi-Fi with phone & internet flat rate, GEZ (TV license fee), bicycle storage, and the WG's "security fund" for possible additional payments or renovation costs.
And the best part: once a week, a cleaning service takes care of all tidy rooms, the kitchen, and the bathrooms – in other words, all common areas (--> included in other costs).
The room will be available from February 22, 2025.
The furniture will remain in the room and includes: wardrobe, bookshelf, dresser, bed, mattress, coat rack, curtains, curtain rods, and wall shelves.
The price for the listed furniture, including shared household items (e.g., a new vacuum cleaner), is 600 euros.

Super zentral, innenstadt-nah und sowohl mit dem Fahrrad als auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen.
Die U5 (fährt direkt zum Hbf) hält direkt vor der Haustüre und zur Konsti sind es nur knappe 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG. Wir kochen gerne zusammen oder treffen uns in der Küche auf einen Wein, Kaffee oder Tee. Neben gemeinsamen Bar- oder Restaurantbesuchen kann man auch super bei Eis-Christina den Samstagnachmittag verbringen.
Hast du einen grünen Daumen? Mithilfe bei der Begrünung unseres Balkons wird gerne gesehen. Bäckst du gerne? Lailas Sauerteig bietet dir die beste Grundlage für leckere Brote.
