Willkommen in unserem wunderschönen Appartement in Eppstein!
Wir bieten ab dem 01.05.2023 ein geräumiges Zimmer mit ca. 23 qm und Zugang zum Balkon für monatlich 430,00 Euro an. Die Miete ist eine Pauschale inklusive Nebenkosten, so dass keine weiteren Kosten anfallen.

Selbst schnelles Internet mit 100 Mb ist schon in der Miete enthalten. Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen LAN-Anschluss sowie Satellitenanschluss.

Die Küche der WG ist vollständig ausgestattet und hat eine Spülmaschine. Im Haus gibt es eine Waschmaschine, welche ebenfalls kostenfrei genutzt werden kann. Wir freuen uns auf deine Anfrage!

Frankfurt central station can be reached in approximately 25 minutes.

1 room with approximately 23 sqm and access to a balcony for a monthly rent of 420.00 euros.
The rent is a flat rate including utilities, so no additional costs will be incurred.
Even internet with 100 Mb is already included in the rent. Each room has its own LAN connection as well as satellite connection.

Mit dem Auto ist auch eine gute Anbindung an die A3 und A66 gegeben, so dass man schnell im Bereich Wiesbaden/Limburg ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß vom Haus aus zu erreichen, und Parkmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus vorhanden.

Die Stadt Eppstein hat eine lange Geschichte, die bis ins Jahr 1122 zurückreicht. Hier gibt es zwei Grundschulen und eine Gesamtschule sowie die Sparkassenakademie Hessen-Thüringen und die Berufsgenossenschaftliche Bildungsstätte Eppstein. Der Bahnhof Eppstein liegt an der Main-Lahn-Bahn, mit Anschluss an die S-Bahnen der Linie S2 nach Dietzenbach über Frankfurt oder nach Niedernhausen. Omnibusse der RMV-Linien 263, 805, 815 und 816 verkehren ebenfalls hier. Der Flughafen Frankfurt Main ist ca. 20 km vom Stadtzentrum Eppsteins entfernt.

The property is located in Eppstein in the Taunus region (65817), just a few minutes from Eppstein S-Bahn station.
By S-Bahn, you can reachFrankfurt central station in about 25 minutes, and from there it is very easy to get to the university by bus or metro.

Furthermore, there is good access to the A3 and A66 motorways by car, making it easy to reach the Wiesbaden/Limburg area quickly.

Shopping facilities are within walking distance of the house. Parking is also available in the immediate vicinity of the house.
Overview:
The first documented mention of Eppstein Castle dates back to 1122. Its owners, the Lords of Eppstein, were also the ones who founded the town (first mentioned in 1299). Just under 20 years later, Alt-Eppstein was already granted town rights. Half of Eppstein was sold to the Hessian Landgrave in 1492, and the other half, including the towns of Bremthal, Ehlhalten, Niederjosbach, and Vockenhausen, became part of Kurmainz in 1581 after the Eppstein line died out in 1535. This division into two different areas of jurisdiction remained in place for several centuries until 1803, when all spiritual states in Germany were dissolved under French rule. From then on, the current Eppstein districts could develop in the same way again. After the end of French rule, they initially became part of the Duchy of Nassau and then in 1866, part of the Kingdom of Prussia. After the end of World War II in 1945, they became part of the state of Hesse within the Federal Republic of Germany.

In January 1951, the state of Hesse granted the town of Eppstein the right to use the title "city".
