A room is going to be free in our flat from 1.03. The apartment is well located in bahnhofsviertel, at Taunusstrasse to be specific. The central main station is approx. 2-3 min by walking. There are supermarkets nearby like: Tgut and Rewe and a Rewe to go that is open also on Sundays. In addition, kaiserstraße is just next street, where you can find many restaurants and stores.
The apartment has 3 rooms in total, two toilets and kitchen. We also have washing machine and everything you need in the kitchen. The room is Unfurnished, however there are few stuffs you can take if you want. The rent is 345€ Plus additional cost (internet, electricity, tv & radio taxes) that are around 70€ Per month.
We are open minded, chilled, friendly and we are looking for somebody that:
- can bring positives vibes
- is organized and clean
- is responsible
- has a job and can provide proof of income
