Von der Wohnung aus kannst du Frankfurt Hbf zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichen. Es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle (Bus 37) um die Ecke. Mit dem Bus erreichst du sogar in einer Minute! Ebenfalls kannst du den Mainufer auch in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt eine große Rewe-Markt in unmittelbarer Nähe und mehrere Kiosks, die bis zum Mitternacht offen sind.

From the apartment you can reach Frankfurt Hbf by walking in 5 minutes. There is also a bus stop (bus 37) around the corner. By bus you can reach even in a minute! You can also reach the Main river in 10 minutes by foot. There is a large Rewe supermarket in the immediate vicinity and several kiosks that are open until midnight.

I suche explizit nach einem Pendler, weil das Zimmer klein ist.
Ich wohne alleine in der WG und arbeite als Prozessingenieurin im Bereich Life Sciences in der Nähe von Frankfurt. Aktuell bin ich aber vermehrt im Home-Office und nutze eine Ecke im Wohnzimmer als Arbeitsbereich. Allerdings wird es sich ändern, ich mein Unternehmen uns zurück nach Büro holt. Du kannst natürlich jederzeit geteilte Räumlichkeiten nutzen wie du möchtest :)
In meiner Freizeit bin ich viel unterwegs in- und außerhalb von Frankfurt, gehe in die Fitnessstudio oder einfach zum Spazieren entlang Mainufer, tanze (Salsa, Bachata...) und besuche kulturelle Veranstaltungen. Ich bin offene Person, die Wert auf gewissen Grad von Ordnung und Sauberkeit legt.

I am looking for a person, who travels often for work and is occasionally present at home as the room is small.
Currently, I am increasingly in the home office and use a corner in the living room as my workspace. However, this will change as my company lifts the home-office regulation this year:/ Of course you are free to use common areas whenever you want.
In my free time, I travel a lot in and outside of Frankfurt, go to the gym or just for a walk along the Mainufer, dance (Salsa, Bachata...), and visit cultural events. I am an open person who likes things clean and tidy.
Die Küche, Wohnzimmer und das Bad sind mit mir zu teilen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Abstellraum und ist durch die Küche erreichbar. Wäsche kann man bequem im Wohnzimmer hängen.
Es gibt Keller sowie Dachboden und können gerne mitbenutzt werden.
Das Zimmer wird erstmal unbefristet mit einem Untermietvertrag vermietet, allerdings endet dieser Vertrag automatisch mit einem Frist von 3 Monaten falls der Hauptmietvertrag gekündigt wird. Die Miete ist anteilig auf Basis der Größe des Zimmers und Wohnung sowie der Gesamtmiete berechnet und beinhaltet alle Kosten inkl. GEZ und Internet.

The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are to share with me. The kitchen is very well equipped. The washing machine is in the storage room and is accessible through the kitchen. Laundry can be conveniently hung in the living room.
There are cellar as well as an attic and can be shared with pleasure.
The rent is calculated based on the the total rent of the apartment and includes all costs including GEZ tax and internet.
