Das Große Zimmer zeigt zur Südseite. Es kommt also reichlich Sonne durch beide Fenster. Die Sicht dieses Zimmers ist zur Straße. Da diese allerdings eine Einbahnstraße und Nebengasse ist, bleibt es ruhig. Der Raum selbst ist durch einen großen Bogen räumlich unterteilt. Ansonsten ist er recht offen und annähernd rechteckig. Die Vormieterin hat außerdem ein Bett zur Weiterbenutzung oder Einlagerung hier gelassen.
Das zweite kleine (16m²) ist ein ruhiges, helles Zimmer im ersten Obergeschoss mit großem Fenster und Blick auf unsere Terrasse, daher ist Autolärm nicht vorhanden. Für Blumenliebhaber aufgrund der Helligkeit sehr geeignet. Jedoch sollte man etwas Geselligkeit mitbringen oder sich Vorhänge hohlen, da die Terrasse von allen Mitbewohner/innen genutzt wird. Es erwartet dich ein 16m² großes Zimmer mit einer Couch und einem kleinen Tisch von der Vormieterin (können sonst eingelagert oder entsorgt werden von uns). Du kannst dein Zimmer also nach belieben einrichten. Der Grundriss des Zimmers ist annähernd quadratisch. Dazu kommt ein 4m² großer Vorraum, auch mit Fenster indem du z. B deinen Schuhschrank aufstellen kannst.
Das dritte Zimmer hat in etwa die selbe Größe wie das oben und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Fenster zeigen ebenfalls zur Südseite. Vorhänge sind also eine gute Idee. Allerdings kommt so viel Licht in das Zimmer. Vor allem da es recht rechteckig geschnitten und langgestreckt ist. Die Vormieterin hat auch hier ein Bettgestell hinterlassen und einen großen Kleiderschrank.
The large room faces the south side. So there is plenty of sun coming through both windows. The view from this room is to the street. However, since this is a one-way street and a side street, it remains quiet. The room itself is spatially divided by a large arch. Otherwise it is quite open and almost rectangular. The previous tenant also left a bed here for further use or storage.
The second small one (16m²) is a quiet, bright room on the first floor with a large window and a view of our terrace, so there is no car noise. Very suitable for flower lovers due to the brightness. However, you should bring some sociability with you or take down curtains, as the terrace is used by all roommates. A 16m² room awaits you with a couch and a small table from the previous tenant (which can otherwise be stored or disposed of by us). So you can decorate your room however you want. The floor plan of the room is approximately square. There is also a 4m² large anteroom, also with a window, for example. B you can set up your shoe cabinet.
The third room is about the same size as the one above and is on the ground floor. The windows also face the south side. So curtains are a good idea. However, so much light comes into the room. Especially since it is cut quite rectangular and elongated. The previous tenant also left a bed frame and a large wardrobe here.
Das Haus liegt direkt in der schönen Freiberger Altstadt, also der beste Kompromiss zwischen Uni-, Einkaufs-, und Öffi-Nähe. Zur Universität sind es ungefähr 10 Minuten Fußweg, zum Einkaufen 5 Minuten und zum Bahnhof 10 Minuten und 5 Minuten zum Busbahnhof. Für einen gemütlichen Barabend sind es auch nur 5 Minuten. Der Obermarkt Freibergs ist um die Ecke sowie auch der nächste kostenlose Parkplatz (eherne Schlange).
The house is located directly in Freiberg's beautiful old town, so it's the best compromise between being close to the university, shopping and public transport. It's about a 10-minute walk to the university, 5 minutes to shopping, 10 minutes to the train station and 5 minutes to the bus station. It's only 5 minutes for a cozy bar evening. Freiberg's Obermarkt is around the corner as well as the nearest free parking lot (iron queue).
Hi, bei uns findet gerade ein großer Wechsel in der Belegschafft statt, weshalb du an der Neugestaltung des WG-Lebens teilhaben kannst. Ich lebe schon länger in der WG, die anderen sind gerade erst ausgezogen. Ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis zu pflegen hat sich bisher sehr bewährt. Unsere Wohnküche und die Terrasse bieten genug Platz für gemeinsame Essen, Spieleabende oder einfach eine gemütliche Runde mit einem Glas Wein. Auch ehemalige Mitbewohner schauen immer noch gerne vorbei. Zudem gibt es einen großen Raum der auch schon mal als Partyraum genutzt wurde. Das Haus hat also Kapazitäten für Menschen die gerne in Gesellschafft sind, sowie auch einen ruhigen Ort ganz für dich allein. Aufgrund unserer Deckenhöhe in der Wohnküche ist das Leben für Menschen über 1,80m mit vielen Umständen verbunden.
Hi, we are currently undergoing a major change in workforce, which is why you can take part in the redesign of shared life. I've been living in the shared apartment for a long time, the others have just moved out. Maintaining a friendly relationship has proven very effective so far. Our kitchen-living room and terrace offer enough space for meals together, game evenings or simply a cozy get-together with a glass of wine. Even former roommates still like to stop by. There is also a large room that has also been used as a party room. The house has capacity for people who like to be in company, as well as a quiet place just for you. Due to our ceiling height in the kitchen-living room, life for people over 1.80m is associated with many circumstances.
warum du vorbei schauen solltest: entspanntes, freundschaftliches Zusammenleben, die riesige Terrasse, unsere Wohnküche, allgemein das Haus (charmevoll, da ehemalige Kneipe), dass allein unsere WG beherbergt, top Preis-Zimmergröße-Lage-Verhältnis.
