Hello, ich ziehe im Juli um und suche für den August eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für mein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim der KH Freiburg. Das Zimmer ist voll möbiliert (Bett, Schrank, Regale, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Mülleimer) und besitzt ein eigenes Waschbecken. Pro Stockwerk teilt man sich ein Wohnzimmer, sowie Duschen und WC‘s mit 2 Wohngruppen (jeweils 8-12 Personen). Die Küche teilt man sich mit einer Wohngruppe.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, alles was man braucht ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar (Einkaufsläden, Apotheke, Bäckerei,…). Die nächsten beiden S-Bahn Haltestellen sind in weniger als 5 Min. erreichbar, aber am besten ist definitiv die Nähe zum Seepark!
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und obwohl es so viele Leute sind hat man aufjedenfall auch seine Ruhe :) Ein großes Pluspunkt ist aufjedenfall der Balkon, besonders jetzt im Sommer!
