ich möchte mein schönes, möbiliertes Zimmer für den Februar untervermieten.
Zeitweise wirst du alleine in der Wohnung wohnen.
Es ist alles da, um sich wohlzufühlen.
Mir ist es wichtig, dass du sauber bist! & achtsam im Umgang mit den Dingen in der Wohnung.
Du müsstest dich auch um die Pflanzen kümmern.
Sie mögen etwas Wasser, wenn sie trocken sind und haben nichts gegen ruhige, entspannte Musik.
Jazz zum Beispiel.
Hier wird kein Fleisch gegessen & wenn du rauchst, ist es auf dem Balkon möglich.
Mit dem Zeitraum bin ich ein wenig flexibel, etwas kürzer als einen Monat ist möglich.
