Rooms in a very nice, spacious apartment in 79356 Eichstetten, with balcony to room for rent. Good connection to ÖPNV. The room is furnished, but can also be rented unfurnished. The kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Kitchen, living room and hallway are a large open space with a great feel-good atmosphere. In the shared bathroom there is toilet, shower and bathtub. From kitchen/living room you come to a large terrace which shows direction sunrise.
The apartment is located in the DG of a 2-family house. In a few minutes you are in the countryside: Kaiserstuhl, Weinbergen, Wald - ideal for people who like to be out.
Eichstetten is approx. 15 km northwest of Freiburg, with direct motorway connection, bus stop (line 295 to FR-Landwasser) is 1 minute walk from the apartment. The train station (SWEG/Breisgaug-S-Bahn, line 101) is an 8-minute walk away. To Freiburg trains usually take half hour to Gottenheim, Landwasser, Uniklinik to the main station. The journey time is about 20 minutes.

Sportsly ambitious people can cycle to Freiburg in 30 minutes along the tribal.
Shops are available in: Bioladen, Rewe, Post agency, Sparkasse, Apotheke, VoBa, etc.

If a wild WG party were to take place every night in the DG, the EC residents - i.e.:) - would not have been so much fun. Unless we would be invited... Otherwise we would like to have a relaxed, uncomplicated and open relationship with each other. Someone who knows how he keeps his stuff in order and also cleanses the staircase would be welcome to us.
