Ich bin vom 20. Februar bis 6. April reisen und suche ein nette Person, die meine Mitbewohner unterhält und meine Pflanzen bemüttert/bevätert oder einfach gerne in meinem Zimmer wohnen möchte.
Im Wohnzimmer geht eigentlich immer was, mal zusammen kochen oder Spiele-Abend... gemeinsame Ausflüge zum Wandern, auf ein Hüttenwochenende oder in die Kinder-Galaxie ;) wenn man mal nicht mehr so viel soziale Energie hat, kann man sich auch entspannt in sein Zimmer zurück ziehen, das ist auch voll okay in unserer WG.
Die Lage der WG ist top. Man ist direkt am Seepark, zwei Minute zu Fuß zum Hallenbad oder in die Eishalle. Mit dem Fahrrad oder der Straßenbahn ist man in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Die Miete ist 290€ inkl. Nebenkosten und allem. Ich würde noch zur Sicherheit 100€ Kaution nehmen.
Meine Sachen würde ich alle aus meinem Zimmer Räumen, die Möbel aber alle drinne lassen. so hast du Schränke und Regale frei zur Verfügung. Meine Pflanzen würde ich auch im Zimmer lassen, dann hast du schon schöne Deko;)

PS: Ich würde das Zimmer auch nur für einen Teil des Zeitraumes vermieten. So mindestens für 4 Wochen... aber kannst dir dann den Zeitraum etwas flexibler aussuchen. Musst dann natürlich auch nur so viel bezahlen, wie du auch hier wohnst.

I’ll be traveling from February 20th to April 6th and I’m looking for a nice person to entertain my flatmates and take care of my plants, or just someone who’d like to stay in my room.
There’s always something happening in the living room, like cooking together or having a game night... or maybe going on hikes, a cabin weekend, or visiting the "Kinder- galaxy" ;) If you ever feel like you need some space, you can totally retreat to your room. That’s totally fine in our flat.
The location of the flat is great. It's right next to the Seepark, only a 2-minute walk to the swimming pool or ice rink. You can get to the city center in 10 minutes by bike or tram.
The rent is 290€ including utilities. I’d also ask for a 100€ deposit.
I’ll clear out all my personal things from the room, but leave all the furniture, so you can use all the cupboards and shelves to store your stuff. I’ll also leave my plants in the room, so you'll have some nice decoration:)
I’m looking forward to hear from you! Please mention in your message what your favorite plant is and what you like to do in your free time besides studying/working :)
PS: I’d also be open to renting the room for only part of the time. At least 4 weeks, but you can choose your exact dates more flexibly. For sure you’d only pay for the time you’re staying.
